Drop in for one class at $20 each; purchase the 2-pack (both classes) for $30.

Come join us on your mat for one or two spooky fun Halloween themed yoga classes.

Special Fall Equinox Yin Yoga class The Healing Nook Monday September 21/7:30PM.

Join Karen for a special Yin Yoga class Monday night to welcome the beauty of the fall season.

With warm days, without the humidity, cooler nights for restful sleeping, the beauty of colourful changing leaves and the cozy aroma of autumn in the air...it is my most favourite of seasons. 🍁

I am hosting a special Yin (Restorative) Yoga class on Monday, September 21 at 7:30PM. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and dress comfortably. Props will be provided or bring your own.

There will be complimentary muffins and a autumn spice tea bag for each participant to take home after class and enjoy.

This special Fall Equinox Yin Yoga class is $15 or use your pass class!

Hi my name is Karen. Many know my passion for resistance/strength training Action 24 Fitness 💪🏽

I also have deep passion for Yoga. I became a certified Yoga Instructor November 2024.

I have been teaching yoga classes since January 2025🧘‍♀️

In resistance training, it takes one rep at a time to improve strength and increase the weight lifted, yoga also begins with one pose at a time to gain confidence, strength in the pose with stability and increased flexibility.

I invite you to join me for my Strength & Stability Yoga classes at Action 24 Fitness on Wednesdays 5:30-6:30PM.

Hi, my name is Karen from Heroic Cynergy.

I teach Hatha and Yin Yoga at The Healing Nook.
The Healing Nook is a cozy and welcoming space to practice yoga.
SEPTEMBER BEGINNINGS/FRIENDSHIPS OFFERING

I teach on Mondays (7:30PM) Wednesdays (4PM) Thursdays (5:30PM) - see schedule below

Choose a class that works for you. If you choose one of my yoga classes, your first class with me is *FREE. Bring a friend and their first class will also be free, if you both register for a class package, YOU will get an additional free class in gratitude for the referral. AND, if your friend makes a referral, that individual's first class with me is *FREE, if she/he register for a class package, YOUR FRIEND will receive an additional free class...and so on and so on🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️🧘🧘‍♀️
