Welcome back!
We have stations set up and ready to go! We have 5 stations inside with racks and the ability to have more station inside as well as outdoor space, that is utilized regularly.
Upon entering the Fieldhouse you must have your mask on until you have your station set up. Once you start your workout you are able to remove your mask, but must put it back on once you leave your station.
All of the equipment is to be wiped down and sanitized by members after their workout and again daily by our staff.

Starting September 8, we will be opening our Teen Dryland Training back up at two locations. Sydenham point for those who want to join us right after school, or at Elements.
Elements Dryland Training has been designed for youth athletes that aspire to build explosive power, strength, endurance, supported by speed, agility, balance and coordination.
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to the world of training all are welcome.
Ages 12 - 18.

EMOM = Every Minute On the Minute
You must complete the rep count before the minute is up. The remaining time once the reps are completed is your rest time, meaning work as hard as a possibly can to get the reps done so that you have earned your rest!

For those who are normally in our classes you will hear this term used - “TURN YOUR BRAIN OFF, LET YOUR BODY WORK”

TODAYS FOCUS: Let your body do the work, turn off the negative self talk and allow your limits to be pushed!

E-MOTION = energy in motion
When you move your body you are creating energy, this energy will give you a surge of emotions and feeling, use this to motivate you through the workout. When the workout is complete comment below with 3 positive words, emotions, physical state that describe how you are feeling.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE NOT TO MOVE YOUR BODY DAILY.
Times are tough but so are you, so get your butt moving! We are coming up with lots of ideas for the coming weeks, spicing it up a bit!
