Monday’s are our favourite day around here - no seriously.

What you do on a Monday sets the tone for the week.

It also happens to be the first of the month too! This week we will be post a workout everyday for you to get a feel for our #ElementsAtHome program.

#ElementsAtHome is an at home workout program focused on strength, conditioning and endurance that is customizable to seasoned athletes or new to movement members!

We are entering another state of emergency tomorrow in Ontario. Having more people work from home, which is not an easy task.

New challenges to be faced with the distraction of being at home and the ability to work longer or short than you should.

In this time our mental, emotional and physical health are more important than ever. We need to take care of ourselves and those around us.

Our #ElementsAtHome program is still up and running! We focus on strength, conditioning and endurance with 5 workouts a weeks no two active rest days. This program was made for everybody with every body. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to movement this program is for you as it is scalable to your needs.

We are ready for another Maxout Monday!

Today we have a full body dumbbell movement that truly challenges your upper body, lower body and core - Manmakers.

Manmakers are physically challenging but the Maxout workout tests our mental strength to push through!

Remember, the negative thoughts that come up in a workout are road blocks that will send you on a detour much further away from your destination than you could have ever imagine. Ignore the blocks and push through!

Wednesday and Thursday we Time + Tap

We have two main circuits where are main focus is strength - lifting heavy with proper form. Followed by our finisher Tap out. This is our full on conditioning circuit, with the goal of letting your body DO THE WORK.

Have you ever considered why it is your aren’t feeling the burn or seeing the results that you wanted from your workouts? This is most likely because you have allowing your brain to stop you. Your heart rate is increased you are pushing your limits and all your brain sees is warning signs to STOP. The easiest way to get your self to stir away for the perceived danger?

Negative self talk. We all have it but it is what we choose to do with those words that will determine your outcome. Do you fall victim or do you turn the talk off and LET YOUR BODY WORK?

#elementsathome Maxout Monday is here!

Every Monday we challenge you to push your limits and breakdown the barriers the YOU have built up.

We all have limiting beliefs that are on repeat, from I am not strong enough to the questioning of our worthy. We are here to remind you that are you enough and you are worthy of treating your body with respect! One way to do this is to move. You don’t have to be a pro or even a seasoned athlete to make the decision to move your body and experience the benefits. Weather it is for 5 minutes or 35, make a commitment today to step towards a healthier you.

TODAY IS THE DAY!

Our Dryland Training for teens is starting today. We have two session every Tuesday and Thursday, with one on Saturday mornings.

What we are doing to maintain distance and still have fun as a group while we workout:

1. We are outside, 🌧 or ☀️

2. We will have sanitation with us at the point and at Elements

3. Any equipment that’s is being used is sanitizer before and after use

4. We will be working out together but in stations, we will be distanced but can still see each others smiles

5. We have incorporated Zenpkanner, which is a platform for us to keep attendance and track of who is in group together. This mean we have record of anyone that members have been in contact with.

Our main goal in opening up our teen Dryland Training is to make connection through movement with others in our community as well as build strength, endurance and condition our bodies.

We understand that being away from friends and other school mates has been tough socially and mentally. We are here to help support teens mental, emotional and physical health!

WE HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS!!

Starting September 8, we will be opening our Teen Dryland Training back up at two locations. Sydenham point for those who want to join us right after school, or at Elements.

Elements Dryland Training has been designed for youth athletes that aspire to build explosive power, strength, endurance, supported by speed, agility, balance and coordination.

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to the world of training all are welcome.

Ages 12 - 18.

Welcome back!
We have stations set up and ready to go! We have 5 stations inside with racks and the ability to have more station inside as well as outdoor space, that is utilized regularly.
Upon entering the Fieldhouse you must have your mask on until you have your station set up. Once you start your workout you are able to remove your mask, but must put it back on once you leave your station.
All of the equipment is to be wiped down and sanitized by members after their workout and again daily by our staff.

Happy Wednesday! This is your daily reminder to move your body. It doesn’t matter what it looks like as long as you move.

We focus on our Core Four every single day! Movement, eating whole
foods, setting a daily intention and hydration. These are four simple habits that when incorporated into your daily life will be transformational to you overall health and wellness, productivity and self love. We create healthy habits to honour our body.

We move daily because we love the way we feel while moving not because we are punishing ourselves for eating.

We eat more whole foods to nourish our body not because we need to have cheat meals.

We set a daily intention to build a relationship where we trust ourselves not give up on our goals.

We hydrate with water daily to cleanse our bodies.
