A brief emotional spiral … followed by remembering we have a whole team. 😂🤍

When your go-to RMT is fully booked, you’ve still got options! Our team brings different skills, treatment styles and areas of focus, and we’re happy to help you find someone who fits your needs.

You don’t have to wait for one person’s schedule to open up to make time for yourself.

Check our team’s availability and book your next appointment. ✨

A little update from Jess 🤍

Over the coming months, I’ll be reducing my treatment hours for personal reasons. This means I’ll be referring some of my patients to other practitioners here at Elevate.

These referrals are thoughtful and personal. I’m considering your treatment goals, the approach you feel comfortable with, and who on our team can best support your needs. You’ll be seeing someone I trust, and I want you to feel confident in that transition, too.

If the fit doesn’t feel right, please tell me. You don’t have to worry about hurting anyone’s feelings, we can explore another referral together.

Thank you for your understanding and for trusting me with your care. If you have questions, send us a message or call the clinic. We’re here to help.

- Jess 🤍

Our RMTs will do just about anything to keep your appointment comfortable and serene but we draw the line at live vocals. 🎤😂

All jokes aside, we care about the little things that help you settle in, from the music to making sure you’re comfortable on the table.

We’ll leave the singing to the playlist. 🤍

Seeing another RMT isn’t cheating. We promise. 🤍 You don’t need to apologize, explain yourself or worry that your usual practitioner will take it personally. We’re a team for a reason and we want you to feel comfortable seeing anyone in our clinic.

Each practitioner brings different skills, techniques and areas of focus. Sometimes, referring you to a teammate means introducing you to someone whose approach could be a better fit for what you need.

And yes, we see each other for treatments, too! Whether you’re trying a different approach or booking with someone whose availability works for you, you have our support.

No awkward confessions at your next appointment required. 😉

When the boss sees the team huddled together and thinks, “Wow, look at them bonding.” 🥹

Meanwhile, we’re just watching funny videos and making each other laugh instead of being productive. 😂

But honestly … if that’s not team bonding, we don’t know what is. A team that laughs together, stays together. 🤍

When your client is also your friend, the massage appointment quickly turns into a full catch-up session. 😂

One minute you’re talking about how her body has been feeling and the next, you’re three stories deep, discussing everything that has happened since her last appointment.

Because catching up with your RMT bestie is fun, but so is closing your eyes, turning your brain off and actually enjoying your massage.

Don’t worry, we’ll finish the conversation after the treatment!
