It can be so easy to turn our focus towards EVERYTHING else in our lives that needs attention. Iβm here to tell you, itβs awfully difficult to pour from an empty cup.

β Taking yourself on dates
β Romanticize your day
β Have scheduled alone time at some point in your day
β Engaging in a favorite hobby of yours, like painting, reading, etc.
β Making yourself a nice meal

Letβs talk about it ππΌ
Number 1: It's not about what you know, it's all about the ex*****on and making it work within your lifestyle. Knowledge is golden, but what you really need to pinpoint is the "how" in making it work for you within your schedule and what actually helps you accomplish it.
Number 2: What if you have the knowledge and even the ex*****on, but part of you says "this is never going to change" and another part of you says "it will change." This means we need to dig deeper and uncover how your subconscious mind has distorted and deleted prominent information that keeps you stuck in a rut.
This often comes down to releasing identities and limiting beliefs. Does anyone identify with their work as who they are? I know someone is raising their hand! As you continue to change and evolve, so will your identity and belief system.
It goes far beyond knowledge. It involves a level of honesty, ex*****on, and digging deeper to uncover what keeps you stuck so we can rewrite them. Which is why a change in your nutrition habits is so important. A healthy body is a healthy mind.Β
Cause the truth is, if it was all knowledge, you'd be doing it already. Plus, you need to value your health and well-being to want to prioritize it in the first place π
