Most working adults are under consuming water per day. As little as only 500 mililitres per day

What we must also consider is how much water we USE. Up to 3L of water waste per day and guess what? That water must be replenished!

How?

A common and useful calculate is 2/3 your body weight in ounces so as an example I am 230LBS. 2/3 of 230LBS is roughly 153. So I should aim for 155oz of water / day!

Remember - room temperature for hormone and mood regulation. Freezing cold for body fat loss
