What is your priority?

Our bodies do what we ask of them.

Sit at your desk all day - your body will respond accordingly.

Stuff your face with garbage every night - your body will respond accordingly.

Bottle up stress - your body will respond accordingly.
Now, on the other hand…

Challenge your body in the gym - it will act accordingly.

Nourish and fuel your body - it will act accordingly.

Treat it with respect - it will act accordingly.

Point being, YOU are in control of how your body looks, feels, and performs.

Always have been. Always will be.

Most men will read this and keep self sabotaging.

But the few true action takers will read this and get to work.

The biggest flawed logic I see in regards to “I’m focusing on my career & don’t have time to exercise” argument:

You might have more “time” because you don’t exercise & all the other healthy lifestyle habits.

but you are missing out on higher quality & more productive time.

When your body is healthy, your mind works sharper, you are able to focus more, think more clearly/creatively, & put in higher quality cognitive work.

When you’re unhealthy you’re disrupting your ability for your highest productive output:

- Hormones that fuel productivity are dysfunctional

- Mood & energy are lower

- Chronic low-grade inflammation causes brain fog & severely reduced cognition.

Listen, I have been at this game for 8 wonderful years.

I’ve seen dozens of fads and gimmicks come and go.
But do you know what has always stood the test of time?

The fundamentals, because they work (just ask the hundreds of men I’ve helped torch 20, 40, and even 80lbs).

Get your ass up from your office chair and walk 10,000 steps every day.

Manage your calorie and protein intake appropriately with mainly whole, minimally processed foods.

Train your body hard 3-4 days each week either at the gym or at home.

Hold strong and stay consistent with this process for weeks, months, and years.

Make it part of who you are, not just something you do when it’s convenient.

A little welcome message refresher!

I am Coach Zolile (Coach Zee) working with Executives / Entrepreneurs to transform their life from highly stressed and lethargic to lean and energized in an easy 90 days. Using the Metabolic Mission Method!

Fitness found me in Summer of 2010. I sustained a major sports injury. A torn R. ACL and Meniscus. I thought my sports career was over. Never to walk properly again

I decided I wanted to focus on my own rehabilitation and grind without Physiotherapy assistance. Understanding and reading about body mechanics I grew to love how if you stimulate the body in a certain way with exercises or nutrition, it will respond accordingly.

I love learning about Functional Strength Training and the human body. So much so that I became a certified Strength Training Coach through ISSA in August 2020!

I have been training success-driven men 35+ online since! All you need is an individualized program that works for you and consistency!

Fitness and working out daily really found me. I began to understand the deeper benefits of regular exercise like Sleep quality, Reduced Joint pain, and Increased daily energy and focus through my Knee Rehabilitation in 2010. I grew to appreciate the mental benefits of daily exercise like Strength Training; Cardio; and Athletic Training

I believe everyone has the ability to move their body in some way. For positive emotion and mental health benefits!

Now? I live in Downtown Toronto with my new lovely wife spending our quality time in Toronto City Parks and Board Game Nights out

I love to exercise in Strength Training and Kettlebell Complexes nearly every day

My favourite form of recovery? No it is not lounging up against a fancy downtown Toronto bar. The Sauna. So Good!

What about Nutrition? Oh I can eat but I recently changed my perspective on food more so towards acting as fuel than anything else. Animal Proteins, Veggies, Fruits are my typical go-tos

✅️ Take time for rest > you are not a fighter jet that can push through anything. Taking time to rest will allow you to keep yourself level throughout your mission

My story:

The guy on the left relied on low self esteem. Alcohol consumption. Sleepless nights. Being a fake person. All to please others and to try to blend in.

Anxiety
Depressed
Sleepless nights
Low self-worth
Over worked
