Subconscious Law #41: The Subconscious Mind Will Sabotage Relationships if It Learned That Closeness Equals Abandonment
Most people don't realize they're sabotaging their own relationships. They push people away. They create distance. They find reasons to end things before they can be left.
And they have no idea why they're doing it.
The answer is in the subconscious. If you learned early that closeness equals abandonment, your subconscious will protect you by sabotaging the relationship before you can be hurt.
This is the subconscious trying to keep you safe. But it's using an outdated program. A program written when you were vulnerable and dependent on people who left.
So now, as an adult, your subconscious sabotages closeness. It creates conflict. It finds flaws. It pushes people away. All to protect you from the pain of abandonment.
The breakthrough: you can't have a healthy relationship with someone while your subconscious is fighting to keep them away.
Healing this pattern requires updating the belief that closeness equals abandonment. It requires teaching your nervous system that it's safe to be close.
Comment CLOSENESS to activate healthy, secure relationships.
