三九貼是一種傳統療法，旨在幫助身體適應季節變化。特別是從冬季到春季，這段時間大多數人容易患上支氣管感染、鼻炎和濕疹。這種療法是在頸背部和小腿上的經絡穴位上貼敷草藥貼片，每次貼敷三小時。在一個月的時間裡，這些貼片需要貼上三次，間隔7到9天。

這種療法透過驅逐陰寒來增強身體的陽氣（熱能）。適合對冬風和嚴寒感到不適，經常患感冒、支氣管感染或患有以下任何疾病的人：
- 過敏性鼻炎/花粉症
- 氣喘
- 慢性支氣管炎
- 慢性咳嗽
- 頻繁感冒和流感
- 失眠
- 血液循環不良

接受此療法的最低年齡為3歲。對於3到6歲的兒童，貼片應該在皮膚上保留不超過一小時，絕對不應超過1小時。

San Jiu Tie is a customary treatment that prepares the body to adapt to the change in season- from winter to spring; when most individuals are susceptible to bronchial infection, rhinitis, and eczema. The treatment is a series of herb patches applied on meridian points at the back of the neck, side of the left leg for three hours. Over the course of a month, the patches are applied three times in between 7 - 9 days. And the patient can easily remove them.

This treatment strengthens the body’s yang (heat) energy by expelling the yin (cold). Ideal for anyone who have an aversion to the winter wind and cold, and frequently catches the cold, bronchial infection and are susceptible to any of the following ailments:
- allergies/hay fever
- asthma
- chronic bronchitis
- chronic cough
- frequent cold & flu
- insomnia
- poor circulation

The minimum age for receiving the treatment is age 3. For children between ages 3 - 6, the patches should stay on their skin for an hour or less. Definitely no more than 1 hour.
