Anesthesia Device Study - December 2019 - Page 1 of 2

Healthcare Human Factors is recruiting CAA (Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant) and CRNA (nurse anesthetist) participants for a study in Washington, DC for a usability evaluation of an anesthesia device. The study will take place at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences between Dec 2nd to Dec 8th, 2019.

Your feedback will directly influence decisions on how to best refine and optimize the device for ease of use, efficiency, and safety.

Excised Tissue Imaging Device Evaluation (MD) Survey

Healthcare Human Factors is recruiting physicians in the GTA area to participate in a usability evaluation of a novel imaging tool that surgeons can use to make clinical decisions based on excised tissue samples, in addition to using current methods (e.g. visual inspection, palpations, frozen section analysis). The study will take place in our labs at Toronto General Hospital between Aug 7th and Aug 17th.

Enteral Feeding Pump Supplemental - Recruitment Survey

Healthcare Human Factors is conducting a usability evaluation and is in need of patients and caregivers who have experience with enteral feeding pumps, as well as laypeople.

The study will be held in May. There is a 2-hour training session, followed by a 2-hour usability testing session on a separate day. Participants will receive compensation for attending both sessions.

Healthcare Human Factors is recruiting anesthesiologists, registered nurses and homecare nurses (RN and LPNs) in the Washington DC area to participate in a usability evaluation of two types of infusion pump: a volumetric and syringe. The study is being run between Feb 5th – March 2nd.

We are conducting usability evaluations on a LC-MS/MS system, and are seeking mass spectrometry users and method developers to participate in the study.
