The Quest to Find the Missing Millions was officially unveiled at the Global Hepatitis Summit 2018 in Toronto, Canada on 14 June. The launch event was moderated by WHA Board Member Su Wang who provided a background on the campaign and officially unveiled the Quest online hub. Dr Adeel Khoja of Aga Khan University Hospital shared an overview of a successful screening initiative he has carried out in Pakistan. Alice followed, sharing her story that highlighted how her hepatitis B diagnosis protected her children by ensuring they were vaccinated and inspired her to become an advocate.

Baby boomers are falling short in getting hepatitis C screenings - in 2012 the noted that baby boomers (born from 1945 - 1965) are 5 times more likely to have the virus than other adults http://ow.ly/rjsl30k3dVr
