Walnuts also bust stress! They are packed with vitamin B-complex which helps your body manage those stressful days a whole lot better.⁠

They are also rich in body repairing minerals like manganese, magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, and selenium.⁠

Zinc is a co-factor in many enzymes that regulate growth and development, sperm generation and immunity. Manganese helps with collagen synthesis, and magnesium reduces muscle pain.⁠

Learn to #run Checklist

When starting a running program you want to make sure 4 things take place.

1. Establish Your #Goals. Create #benchmarks so you can celebrate your #success

2. Run tracking minutes not #miles
When starting this can be an easier metric to follow.

3. #30%Rule
Even though you feel good, hold your horses. Don't increase your distance and / or duration more than 30% per week to avoid #injuries

4. Starting Gear
Get the gear. A decent pair of sneakers can keep you going for miles.

This checklist, and more, will be given to all of those who attend our Fatigue to 5K webinar coming up on April 27th at 7pm!

Real Banana Pudding

This is so good I contemplated having this for #breakfast

Wisk together:

1 can organic coconut milk (I get mine from Costco)
1/2 cup maple syrup (although I found this too much)
2 eggs

Put on double boiler and stur until hot. Then mix in a separate bowl

2 tbsp Corn Starch (I use Bob's Red Mill)
3 tbsp warm water

Stir and add to mixture. Stir until like yogurt.

Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate for 3 hrs.

Inspiration from www.wholefully.com

That's all you need to get moving!

I am a firm believer in movement is medicine.

I was in an online conference last week and I was shocked to hear that only 5% of us are operating at optimal health. 5%? Are you kidding me! Then, there are 45% of us that are in a state of un-wellness and suffering from conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity!!!

Sooo, lace up and get out there!

Sneakers.
