Last night I got my first batch of spring green garlic in my veggie box if you can believe it! Spring is here!
Green garlic a younger version of the garlic we know well and use in our cooking. It has a milder flavour and can be used in all sorts of recipes.

I’m committing to treating myself and those around me with more love when I can.
Many around me and those I see online are hurting. I’ve had my own internal challenges too and the only thing I can think of that has helped is to give myself grace for being human.
It’s not always easy, but it’s a necessary step toward healing the mind and body.
How can we move more with love?
🪄Go to bed earlier
🪄Wake up earlier
🪄Drink water with lemon and a bit of salt.
🪄Look at the sky even when it feels gloomy.
🪄Hug someone
🪄Smile at someone
🪄Go for a walk, even if it’s around the block.
🪄Eat breakfast (before coffee).
Just pick one and try it. Doing one little thing can feel hard but it will help us get through the sticky mud immensely.
