Kristy joined us earlier this year, and if you’ve interacted with our team over the last few months, you already know the exceptional care, organization, and warmth she brings to the table every single day.

⭐️ 3 years in customer service management
⭐️ Deeply passionate about patient-centered care, ensuring every client is treated with dignity, respect, and understanding.

Whether you’ve been following along from the start or recently joined our community, I wanted to pop on here and reintroduce myself!

I’m Jesse, founder and owner of Grateful Administrative Assisting 🤝

My academic background is rooted in human care, holding an Honours BSc in Human Biology & Mental Health Studies from U of T Scarborough, and currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University 🎓🧠

Why does this matter for administrative support? Because running a practice or business isn’t just about tasks, it’s about people. My background allows us to bring a deeply empathetic, patient-centered, and detail-oriented lens to everything we do.
