Episode 111 Letting Go and New Beginnings, Returning to self and honouring the natural journey of conclusion
Podcast co-hosts Christine Pensa Art That Moves and Emma Kupu Mitchell - Soul Medicine Artist connect in this episode as their *final collaboration as co-hosts. As Emma put so beautifully, this is not an ending, but a returning back to self and honouring the authenticity of life and it’s natural cycles.
*(Christine will continue to explore the juicy topic of sacred self care and coming back into alignment with our own deep knowing of how to way show for ourselves. It is her intention to mirror back what listeners are looking for in each now moment.)
In this episode we shared, through technical glitches and tears, how this parting is mirrored by nature. How there is grief and also great expansion in leaving something behind and opening up into the new.
Emma will continue to be a part of Christine’s heart and of the listeners, and we trust that as her path unfolds in beautiful new directions, she will be available to share some of that expansion with all of us.

This week on the podcast it’s us, Emma Kupu Mitchell - Your FULL Sensory Soul Guide and Art That Moves interviewing each other about the shifts, transitions, and sacred self care in our own lives and work.
We planted the seed of the Awakened Woman Self Care podcast in late 2017 and it has grown into a beautiful flower with our love and attention. Meeting and being inspired by our divine guests has helped us grow our own sacred self care practices, helped us develop an incredible toolkit, and encouraged us to walk the walk. Sometimes we falter in our sacred self care, but we get back up and keep up our daily spiritual hygiene practices—because it doesn’t matter what kind of tools you have in your toolkit, if you don’t use them when the going gets tough.
There is a lot going on both cosmically, and on the ground these days. The podcast is just one of our offerings to you, another is our TRIPLE GODDESS community, where we share practices and rituals you can add to your toolkit. Our recent guest Gabriela Gutierrez reminded us to be change makers for the Earth. I think that means being open to change in all areas of our life, and walking up to change’s thresholds with an open heart and with the courage to leap.
This week the podcast is all about my divine co-host Emma Kupu Mitchell - Your FULL Sensory Soul Guide and me, Christine Pensa Art That Moves. We are at a threshold with the podcast and the direction we want it to take moving forward. In this week’s episode, we share how much both our work and ourselves have changed. We are at the threshold of change to the podcast, but we’re not quite sure what that will mean. Honouring and promoting our guests, and providing rich content to feed our sacred self care and that of our listeners has always been our intention. The way we do it moving forward may have to shift, because first and foremost, we need to walk the walk of sacred self care by tending to our own sacred self care.
FEED YOUR SACRED SELF CARE INVITATION
I think a perfect way to feed your sacred self care is to take a deeper dive into the work of my soul sister and co-host Emma Kupu Mitchell. Emma is a SOUL ESSENCE ALIGNMENT ARTIST, who brings impeccable care, grace, and over 30 years of experience to the deep work she does with her clients. She inspires me everyday and I am incredibly grateful to be able to spend so much quality time with her under the guise of producing a podcast (; Please visit Emma’s website in the link in our Instagram profile because she shares her work both live in Hawaii, through one on one sessions online, and with her sacredly prepared plant medicine available for purchase on her site.
