This season, Ms. King’s Kitchen is bringing Canadian-Caribbean fusion to your corporate and private holiday celebrations — jerk chicken, curry chicken, braised oxtail, escovitch snapper, and desserts that taste just like home. Full-service: we cook, we set up, we staff it, you host.

Backstage catering for Mýa at Sankofa Square — formerly Dundas Square — and I’m still taking it all in!

I’ve been listening to her music since ’90s, so to now be in the same space, meet her AND have the opportunity to cater for her team? Chef Nicole, what is your life?! 😂

These celebrity catering moments are becoming a beautiful part of my journey, and I’m genuinely grateful for every opportunity that continues to come my way.

I’m excited to introduce the menu for Soul & Spiritz: A Motown Culinary Experience — Signature Dinner, happening Saturday, August 29th.

And trust me… this one is bringing bold flavours, elevated comfort, Caribbean influence and a little Detroit soul to the table. 🔥

From the Rosemary & Cracked Pepper Rib-Eye with roasted shallot jus, to Hennessy BBQ-Glazed Chicken, Maple Jerk Cauliflower Steak, Bang Bang Shrimp, six-cheese mac pie, bourbon-glazed candied yams and a dessert lineup that deserves its own moment… 😮‍💨

And YES — there are vegan selections too! 🌱

This is more than dinner. It’s an experience built around food, culture, music and the kind of flavours that bring people to the table.

One week already?! Time flies when you’re still riding the high! 🔥🇯🇲

I cannot believe it has already been one week since I was in the Cultural Demo Tent at Jerk Festival Toronto — doing exactly what I love most. Teaching, cooking, and sharing the stories behind our most beloved Caribbean dishes with some amazing people. 🍽️✨.

Still on a HIGH and honestly not ready for it to be over! 😩👑

June 16th is officially JerkFest Day in Toronto🇯🇲 🇨🇦💜 and I had the honour of being right in the middle of it.

25 years of JerkFest. 25 years of culture, community, and Caribbean flavour rooted right here in this city. That is not a small thing. That is a LEGACY.

For this year’s launch event I wanted to bring something that honoured where jerk has been while showing where it is going. Because jerk is not just a seasoning — it is a story. And that story keeps evolving.

I created five brand new appetizers built around the evolution of jerk in Toronto — and watching people taste something familiar but completely reimagined in that room was everything.

To the JerkFest family — thank you for 25 years of keeping the culture alive. Thank you for building something that belongs to all of us. And thank you for letting Ms. King’s Kitchen be a part of this chapter.

This one meant a lot. 🤭💜

Mother’s Day Sunday Dinner was everything it needed to be — beautiful energy, incredible guests, and a room full of people coming together to celebrate the women who mean so much to us.

From the flower bouquet wall, the drinks and appetizers to the dinner table, live entertainment, and unforgettable moments shared throughout the evening, every detail came together to create something special.

To everyone who attended, supported, partnered with us, and worked behind the scenes — thank you. 🤍

Mother’s Day Edition came together exactly how it was supposed to — the room was full, the vibes were high, and the moms showed OUT.

From the cocktails to the music, the games to the food… everything hit. And honestly? Seeing everyone vibe out, sing, laugh and smile was a real special moment for me.

Big love to everyone who pulled up, supported, reposted, partnered with us, and helped bring the vision to life. Couldn’t have done it without you. 🤍
