My Roots

I first came to Kingston to attend Queen’s University, where I received my bachelor’s degree in Arts and Science. However, it didn’t take long for me to realize that a career in that field wasn’t quite the right fit. Combining my passion for service, gained in over ten years in the restaurant industry, and my eagerness and knack for learning about the human body, I began to feel a strong pull toward massage. After completing my diploma with honours at Trillium College in July of 2019, I have found that this enthusiasm and desire to help others through the practice of therapeutic massage has only intensified.

I am firm believer that our quality of life is deeply rooted in how our bodies feel and perform during activities of daily life. I understand that every body is different, and each treatment should be catered to the individual’s needs. Be it lighter relaxation therapy, or deep tissue work that you’re looking for, I have the knowledge and skill to adapt each treatment according to what you need to live a comfortable and healthy lifestyle. My clinical experience at school has given me the opportunity to treat a wide array of conditions across a diverse demographic of clients, which I am excited to continue to do in my career at Mercury.

Outside of my time in the clinic, I can be found soaking up every minute possible with my family and friends, spending time hiking, swimming, or around the campfire. I love taking in any and all live music, and indulging in the amazing culinary diversity this city has to offer. Kingston is the city I love, and I cannot wait to give back to the community that has been so good to me.
