FIRE PREVENTION WEEK CONTINUES!

Continuing with this year’s Fire Prevention Week theme of “Smoke Alarms Make Them Work for You “. Did you know that smoke alarms have an expiration date? Smoke alarms should be replaced every ten years or replaced immediately if fails.

Just a reminder that as of 12:00 pm July 12 there will be a complete fire ban in our region. This ban has been put in place due to the prolonged heat which has increased the fire risk. The ban includes all fires, tiki torches, binary exploding targets, and fireworks. Propane fire pits are permitted.
The Salmon Arm Fire Department thanks you for your cooperation.
