Apple Pie Cashew Cheesecake Cups 🤩 Save it for later ✔️

INGREDIENTS (9 servings)
🌾 2 cups Organic Oats (rolled, gluten-free)
🤎 2 tsps Cinnamon (divided)
🥥 1/3 cup Coconut Oil (melted, divided)
🍁 1/3 cup Maple Syrup (divided)
🍨 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (divided)
🤍 1/4 tsp Stevia
🧂 1/2 tsp Sea Salt (divided)
🫘 1 cup Cashews (raw, soaked for at least 6 hours and drained)
🍏 1 1/2 Apple (large, chopped, divided)

DIRECTIONS 👩🏼‍🍳

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with silicone or paper muffin liners.

2️⃣ In a food processor, combine the oats, half of the cinnamon, 1/3 of the coconut oil, 1/3 of the maple syrup, half of the vanilla, and half of the salt. Process until a sticky batter is formed.

3️⃣ Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of the batter into each muffin liner. With your fingers press and mold the batter to form an even crust around the bottom and sides. Transfer to the oven and bake for seven minutes.

4️⃣ Wipe out the food processor and add the cashews, 2/3 of the apple, and the remaining of the following ingredients: cinnamon, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, stevia, and salt. Blend for two to three minutes or until the mixture is very smooth.

5️⃣ Divide the cashew mixture evenly into each of the baked crusts. Top with the remaining apple, and sprinkle with cinnamon to garnish. Transfer the cups to the fridge to set for at least two hours. Enjoy!

We started our intestinal group detox yesterday, it hasn’t been easy but we can already feel the benefits. Since the first two days are very low in calories but yet full of nutrients, our body is able to get rid of so many toxins! A good detox brings uncomfortable symptoms like headaches, irritability and low energy… But we know our brain, mood and energy will come back much stronger in just a few days because our full body (especially our digestive system) is becoming cleaner and healthier. Try our delicious Pumpkin Protein Bars 🎃 Your whole family will love them!

INGREDIENTS - makes 8 bars

🥥 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
🍨 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
🎃 3/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
🤎 1/2 cup Almond Butter
🍁 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
🤍 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
🧡 1/2 cup Pureed Pumpkin
🥛 1 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
🍫 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
🥥 1 tbsp Coconut Butter (melted)

DIRECTIONS

1️⃣ Line a pan with parchment paper. (Tip: Use an 8x8 inch pan if making 8 servings.)

2️⃣ Add the coconut flour, protein powder and pumpkin pie spice into a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

3️⃣ Using a small pot over low heat, add the almond butter and maple syrup and whisk until combined and sticky, then add the vanilla extract.

4️⃣ Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients along with the pureed pumpkin. Stir until it is all combined, then add the milk and chocolate chips. Stir again until well combined. The dough will feel very thick.

5️⃣ Transfer the dough into your pan and flatten with your hands, applying firm pressure to ensure it is packed. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

6️⃣ Remove the dough from the fridge and slice into even bars. Drizzle the bars with melted coconut butter. Store in the fridge until you are ready to eat. Enjoy!

The perfect snack to satisfy cravings 🤤

INGREDIENTS (10 muffins)

🤍 1 cup All Purpose Gluten-Free Flour
🌾 1 cup Oats
🪹 1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
☁️ 1 tbsp Baking Powder
☁️ 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
🧂 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
🥚 1 Egg
🥛 1/2 cup Organic Cow’s Milk
🍌 2 Banana (medium, mashed)
🥥 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
🍫 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350F (177ºC).

2️⃣ In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients except the chocolate chips.

3️⃣ In a large bowl, gently whisk together the wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until fully combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

4️⃣ Spoon the mixture into muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes. Let them cool and then remove. Serve and enjoy!

Turmeric Beef Stuffed Squash! Save the recipe for later. 🍂

INGREDIENTS (2 servings)

🫒 1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
💚 1 Acorn Squash (halved, seeds removed)
🥩 227 grams Extra Lean Ground Beef
🧅 1/2 Yellow Onion (finely chopped)
🧄 1 Garlic (clove, minced)
💛 1 1/2 tsps Ginger (fresh, minced or grated)
🧡 1 1/2 tsps Turmeric
🧂 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
🤎 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
🥬 1 cup Kale Leaves (finely chopped)
🥥 1/4 cup Canned Coconut Milk (full fat)

DIRECTIONS

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350ºF (176ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Rub the oil on the cut sides of the squash. Place the squash cut sides down on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until just tender.

3️⃣ Meanwhile, heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the pan, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Once it is cooked through and no longer pink, drain any excess drippings from the pan.

4️⃣ To the browned beef add the onion, garlic and ginger and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the onion begins to soften. Add in the turmeric, salt and cinnamon and stir to combine. Add the kale to the beef mixture and stir until the kale begins to wilt. Stir in the coconut milk. Season with additional salt if needed.

5️⃣ Turn the squash cut side up and fill the beef mixture. Return to the oven and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes. Divide between plates and enjoy!

Here is a homemade natural sunscreen recipe that is NOT toxic - contrarily to conventional sunscreen sold in stores. There is (almost) always natural/healthier alternatives to toxic products.

How to make your own sunscreen 🌱

Mix together in a bowl pure aloe vera + cold press organic sesame oil - using a fork or egg be**er until the mixture becomes fluffy and creamy. Transfer the mix to a container. Place this container in the refrigerator. You can use this homemade sunscreen for about a month.

Try our super easy yet delicious Chocolate Banana Ice Cream 👌🏻

INGREDIENTS (4 servings)

🍌 4 Banana (sliced and frozen)
🥜 1/4 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
🍫 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
🤎 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
💧 1/2 cup Water (cold)

DIRECTIONS

1️⃣ Add frozen bananas, peanut butter, cacao, protein powder, and water to food processor and blend. Occasionally scrape down the sides and continue to blend until smooth (approximately 3 to 5 minutes). You may need to add a splash of water if the consistency is too thick.

2️⃣ Scoop into a bowl and enjoy immediately as soft serve or for firmer ice cream, place in an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour before scooping.

Count ingredients first, and then make sure these ingredients are real food. Choosing products that are straight up just one ingredient (such as buying a whole potato instead of chips or fries) will always be the healthiest option! Counting calories can come after if you have a specific goal in mind and want to be as efficient as possible.

Cet hiver, j‘étais désespérée car je voulais perdre le poids que j’ai pris durant le confinement et retrouver un poids santé. Je ne savais pas trop comment m’y prendre car dans le passé j’ai essayé plusieurs programmes s’apparentant à WW et autres et ça ne me donnait pas les résultats espérés.
