It doesn't have to be an hour long session of lifting weights (unless you want it to be). Feel free to get creative with how you intentionally move your body each day. The more you move in ways that are enjoyable to you, the more you'll find yourself wanting to move!

Changing behaviours and setting goals won’t take us very far unless we hold ourselves accountable to them.

But the other area we tend to ignore is thinking about the way our unhealthy behaviours impact those around us… and then doing something about it.

When we start diving into the deep, uncomfortable parts of our health and wellness, accountability adds a level of awareness that makes healing a little bit easier on us and others.

No one is perfect. But we still have to be responsible for our actions.✌️

The very first statement we made was “health and wellness should consist of education, community support, encouragement, and opportunity”.

So we want to hear from you… the community! With your input, this page can create even more space for education, support, encouragement, and opportunity.

Breaking down our health objectively into 7 dimensions makes it easy for us to do a “health audit”.

Look at each dimension… What is going well? What is lacking? What can you prioritize? Should you reach out for help?

It’s important to remember that having 100% balance in all dimensions is not realistic. You also don’t have to do everything all at once. Small changes are easier to sustain over time and can snowball into big changes on their own. You don’t have to move mountains but can certainly move a step forward!
