Renée is a foodie, chef, a Registered Dietitian & entrepreneur. She teaches healthy cooking classes at The Skript Kitchen.

She has a MSc in clinical nutrition from NYU & a BSc in Biology from UCSD. She's worked in Hong Kong before returning to Vancouver. Culinary Dietitian with a love of eating, create products and just feed people good food!

Happy🍁Thanksgiving! Grateful for you & all my blessings this year! Starting with the opening of The Skript, a fulfilling Thai Yoga Retreat, a successful fundraiser for the HK fires, surviving my first semester as a post-secondary instructor, relishing in the accomplishments of Kavita, winning Canada Choice awards, throwing the 2nd Hot Sauce Festival, making my first documentary with a StoryHive grant, DJing my first public set, having the most supportive family, loving the community of my friends, the Moving Mondays crew & sustaining the business with my staff. I will never forget how lucky I am to be thriving in this universe! How cute is this little spoon !? 😉🫶🤗

A Bryce Lee Story’s world premiere at Vancouver Int. Film Festival was so special! I saw how much work went into making a feature film and it’s so amazing that my brother Robin got to co-produce such a masterpiece with such amazing people!
