⭐ Meet Dr. Ross Outerbridge – Founder & Orthopaedic Surgeon at Sage Sport Institute ⭐

Today, we are proud to introduce the most important member of our team — our owner and founder, Dr. Ross Outerbridge. A physician who leads by example, Dr. Outerbridge is truly one of the hardest workers we know, and nothing is ever too much when it comes to caring for patients and supporting our team.

We commend him for leading us with grace and compassion, and we are incredibly grateful to learn from him every day.

Dr. Outerbridge is a Kamloops-based orthopaedic surgeon with advanced training in orthopaedic sport medicine, specializing in injuries of the knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and elbow, with a strong focus on sports injury prevention — particularly in youth athletes. He has also held numerous national and international leadership roles in sport medicine, including serving as a physician for Team Canada at major international events.

And on top of all of this, he is also a highly esteemed photographer, recognized not only in Kamloops but across Canada for his exceptional work behind the lens.

Thank you, Dr. Outerbridge, for your vision, leadership, and unwavering dedication to our team and community.
