We’re thrilled to announce that our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with is back!

Join us at starting this September for an immersive journey into the art and science of yoga.

What to Expect:
- Yoga Alliance Accredited : Our RYS-certified program ensures you receive training from experienced yoga teachers and global recognition
- Monthly Weekends: Dive into transformative sessions one weekend per month, starting in September 2024 and concluding in June 2025.
- Expert Guidance: Led by the incredible team at , you’ll learn ancient wisdom philosophy, Ayurveda, asanas(postures), anatomy, modern techniques, and teaching methodologies.

Happy International Yoga Day 🧘

Friday mornings, I lead a an amazing group of men through a yoga flow as part of their recovery.

I show up for them. But today, I needed them as much as they needed me. I didn’t feel like getting up this morning. It’s been a tough week for me emotionally and physically. The humidity really affects my joints and my mood. It’s been a tough one, not gonna lie.

But the beautiful thing about yoga is that it’s there to carry you through the good, bad and really bad times. Your mat is always there waiting to support and nurture you. The hardest part is showing up. But once you do, I promise you’ll feel better.

You may have started out as my stepdad, but throughout the last 34 years, you have shown me that blood does not make a family. Family is made through love, support and sacrifice.

It was my honour to care for you throughout your illness and I’m forever grateful I got to call you daddy.

Yesterday I submerged myself in nature.

I chose me!

I reflected, I paused, I took it all in.

The leaves are beginning to change and as always, the Universe reminds me that this too shall pass.

Seasons, like moments in our lives, change, restore and renew.

Whatever we are facing today, whether wonderful or not so wonderful, know that it is not permanent. It’s forever changing.

Don’t fear change, fear staying the same.

International Women’s Day💕

This last year of becoming a lululemon ambassador has been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling years of my life.

Years ago, I sat with so much uncertainty about myself. Questions about my health, about my worth as woman, and so many other questions. I needed to know the plan, how everything was going to unfold in my life.

Well I’m here to let you know that the true magic and growth happens in not knowing. Learning to become comfortable without knowing the “how” to everything is going to happen is moksha(liberation).
💕
Finding comfort in the discomfort and just trusting that the Universe, Source and God has your back. Growth happens here.
💕
Everything you need is found inside you. Sit in silence, as the answers will be heard loud and clear.
💕
I’m grateful to everyone I’ve met on my journey thus far. I’m grateful for all the lessons that Universe has presented to me and continues to give me.
