From as far back as I can remember, I was always intrigued by the human body. When I was 4 years old in the Philippines and hurt my shoulder after a fall, my parents took me to a "body healer" who helped "fix" my shoulder with his hands. As a rambunctious kid who had been stitched up on his skull, his finger and his mouth all before the age of 10, I was amazed at our body's ability to heal and rec

over. This interest was highlighted In grade 4, when we were told to do a book report on any topic we wanted. My classmates, now in Canada, where writing about Wayne Gretzky or video games while I chose to do a report on "The Anatomy of the Brain". Despite being a small, skinny immigrant kid from the Philippines, I was always paying attention to people and what they said. I realized at a young age that people would have a very different perspective of the same event. I became intrigued by human behaviour and particularly the psychology of behaviour. These early interests translated to a Bachelor of Science Degree with a combined Honours in Kinesiology and Psychology from York University in 1997 and eventually a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2002. In early 2009 after being in clinical practice for 7 years as a chiropractor who had a Fellowship in Pediatrics and who used energy medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I was introduced to Dr. Hamer's research on GNM (German New Medicine) and the Five Biological Laws. My life and my practice has changed dramatically since then. I began teaching my patients about GNM and the Five Biological Laws immediately. In the last 7 years I've had the privilege of traveling to Vancouver, Calgary, Australia and Austria to share my clinical experiences and to help people learn more about this revolutionary health paradigm. I've also hosted several online webinars with participants from over 15 countries. I also believe that you are the expert of your body. But the big issue in health today is that we have been taught not to trust our bodies or ourselves. My goal is to help people to reconnect with their body again so they can trust themselves when it comes to their health decisions. When I'm not seeing patients, consulting online or traveling and teaching, I'm spending time with my family. My wife and I are busy keeping up with my son's competitive gymnastics and my daughter's passion for rock climbing! Thanks for taking the time to visit. Then you would not panic about the symptoms. You would also have certainty as to why it showed up when it did. Often, most of our symptoms show up when we emotionally relax about a previously stressful and unexpected situation.
Instead of worrying about our symptoms, we can address the pain with any therapy or treatment that makes us feel comfortable, while making sure the original issue is completely resolved.

Remember that when your symptoms go away, it could also be because your life circumstances changed which sometimes naturally resolves your conflict shock. This is why you don’t necessarily need to know about GNM in order to get symptom relief. But when you do know about GNM, you don’t need to be afraid of your symptoms and you can consciously be involved in resolving the conflict.

However it’s not simply mind over matter. It’s really about outgrowing an old perspective that is no longer serving you today. Once you can do that, then your body responds accordingly.

Therefore you need to have an honest conversation with yourself....
Did you notice any improvement in your symptoms after you connected it to a particular conflict shock/DHS?

If not, then maybe it was the wrong conflict, which means you have to look for something else.

OR

perhaps you are still emotionally charged about that conflict and more work is needed to change your perspective about the situation.

Either way, only you are in control of the process. Trust your self and trust your body!

This is a common misconception. Self-love doesn’t necessarily mean pampering yourself, although that’s always a good thing. I think self-love is more about learning to love all of you. Your inspiring and not so inspiring qualities. Once this happens, we begin to transcend the concept of good and bad. We become less judgmental of ourselves and of others. We realize that context matters. Depending on the situation our “good” side comes out or sometimes our “bad” qualities are displayed. Let’s change the narrative around self-love and work towards wholeness. You are already perfect. There really is nothing to “fix”!
