🌿 Thank you for joining us last night. 🌿

What a beautiful evening in the forest.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for last night’s Flow & Frequency. We’re so grateful you chose to spend part of your Sunday evening with us — slowing down, settling in, moving gently, listening deeply and simply being.

Thank you for bringing your energy, your openness and your presence into the yurt. It’s the people who join us that make these evenings what they are, and we never take that for granted. 💛

We hope you left feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded and ready to ease into the week ahead.

Until next time…

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH US. 🌿

Have you joined us for Flow & Frequency? If you have, we’d be so grateful if you took a couple of minutes to share what your experience was like by leaving us a Facebook review.

Your words help people who are curious about our events know what to expect, and they help us continue creating these experiences.

You don’t need to write anything fancy. Just tell us what you enjoyed, what stood out, or how you felt when you left.

Was it the Yin? The sound bath? The yurt? The tea? The peaceful setting? Or simply having a couple of hours to slow down and be still?

If you’ve been, we’d really love to hear from you. You can leave us a review or share a few words in the comments below.

And thank you for being part of our community. We truly appreciate you. 💛
