P.A.C.E. (Practice Active & Contagious Energy), is a Fitness Program developed by Kaitlin Bernardi, fitness enthusiast and Certified Personal Trainer, (ISSA - June 2018).
It has been created to promote the improvement, maintenance and balance of a healthy lifestyle, using a 1:1 guided journey to well-being.

Physical activity will play an important role in your improvement of intellectual functioning, self-esteem, self-concept, depressive symptoms, anxiety and stress.

Clientele are encouraged to consider this journey of well-being with services beginning July 2018.

After a thorough assessment, a program plan will be developed for your individual requirements.

The challenge is with the self, while encouragement is spread to every participant through your 1:1 positive support plan.

The acronym of this program spells the word PACE, which also represents the rhythm of this program. The rhythm of YOUR program.

Life is busy. Life gets tiresome. PACE yourself into this wonderful world of wellness.

Kaitlin Bernardi, Fitness Enthusiast and Certified Personal Trainer, is committed to carrying out your program to its full potential. By piecing together different exercise sessions, participants will experience new and exciting challenges.
