Committing to rehab is hard. Working through pain is hard. But you know what’s harder? Getting over an injury after a week of rest that compromised your cardiovascular, muscular, and skeletal health.
It doesn’t matter how bad it is, there’s something we can do about it. We have clients with missing muscles and surgically fused spines that still compete in sports and progress. And it doesn’t come from rest.
