Feel. Create. Flow.
From grounding, we begin to move.

This week we turn our attention to the sacral chakra, traditionally connected with emotion, creativity, pleasure, sensuality, and the ability to flow with life.

This sound bath invites you to soften your grip, reconnect with your emotional landscape, and make space for creativity and movement.

Allow the sounds to wash through you as you explore what it means to feel, flow, and create without needing to control every step.

An invitation to:
* Reconnect with your emotions
* Invite more ease and fluidity
* Explore your creative energy
* Let go of what feels stuck
* Make space for joy and inspiration

Location: 95 Lewes Blvd
Date: Sunday, September 27
Time: 7:00-8:00pm

What wisdom is waiting for you beneath the noise of daily life?
Through crystal singing bowls, meditation, and light language frequencies, we'll enter a space of deep stillness where insight, clarity, and remembrance can naturally arise.

Come receive exactly what your soul is ready for.

Join Heather and Lauren for a unique and transformational sound bath experience to open the heart and raise your vibration. Experience harmonic binaural crystal singing bowls with light language to take yourself on a journey like no other.

Quantum-Touch is a gentle, heart-centered energy healing practice that works with life force energy, breath, and focused awareness. As Lauren raises her own vibration through conscious breathing and intention, the participant's body natural intelligence responds and begins to rebalance itself. Rather than directing or forcing change, Quantum-Touch creates an environment where the body remembers how to heal, release tension, and restore harmony on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels.

When combined with singing bowls, the sound frequencies help deepen relaxation and resonance, allowing the energy to move more easily through the body. Many people experience a sense of grounding, warmth, emotional release, or clarity, while others simply feel deeply calm and supported. Each session is unique and guided by what your system is ready to receive in the moment.

* Location: 95 Lewes Blvd, Whitehorse
* Time: 7-8pm
* Investment in your well-being: $35

June 7 will be the next session with a quantum healing sound bath co-hosted with Lauren ❤️

Where are my hormonally-challenged ladies at? My beautiful friend, Ellie, will be selling her handmade aromatherapy products, including this hormone calm spray, at the Mother’s Day market this weekend! ✨✨✨

I am so very excited to participate in the Mother’s Day Spring Market
next Saturday, May 2 from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM at the Sternwheeler hotel.

Come say hello and try a beautiful assortment of handmade and unique aromatherapy products.

This one is incredibly soothing and refreshing for all the ladies experiencing hot flashes. I just made my first batch!

It contains rose quartz, distilled water, vegetable glycerin, lavender, geranium, clary sage and peppermint oils.

I am creating bespoke mixes too, if you want to know more, send me a DM.

See you at the market!
