International Pronouns Day is every 3rd Wednesday of October and is about respecting our relatives’ pronouns, human dignity, and creating a safe & inclusive place for everyone.

They/Them pronouns are often used by people who don't feel like a man or a woman.

How to use in a sentence: “Someone left their keys; I hope they find them.”

When you meet someone new, you can ask, "What pronouns do you use?".

You can also introduce yourself by saying "Hi, I'm Sam, and I use she/her pronouns".

☕ Fill Up Your Cup Friday | Bodies and Minds

Pause for a gentle check-in: What is my body or mind asking for today?

Perhaps it’s water, food, movement, quiet, a break from screens, or time with someone you trust. You don’t have to earn the care you need.

If you can, choose one small way to respond to that need this weekend. 💙
