It all began while I was searching for ligh
t in the darkest time of my life. I had experienced loss, pain, and deep depression, along with severe anxiety and trauma. I had tried everything but nothing was working. I eventually found my way to a deeper path of knowledge with the Modern Mystery School, and from there my life began to change for the better. I had learned how to breathe, how to slow down, which led me to my power within. After a year of studying Metaphysics, I had found my ultimate purpose through this deeper path of knowledge. Today, I am here to guide you towards your purpose in life and to help you heal along the way. Bio: Adelie LaViola is a Guide, Certified Healer, Meditation Teacher, within the Lineage of King Solomon in addition she is a graduate of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition and Akhanda Yoga. Adelie is an energetic and dynamic practitioner who has brought a whole new vision on how to help heal the body, mind, and spirit. She has been operating her own successful private healing practice from home and from NatCan Integrative Medical and Wellness Center since 2015. In her practice she has collaborated with the three schools she has graduated from and combined with her life experiences is able to create a unique healing protocol for each of her clients.

May 28th 2023, after almost 12 years together we finally tied the knot in Toronto
We got to celebrate with our family and close friends. It wasn’t a huge wedding but it was exactly what we wanted. The food, service and ambiance was perfect.
I was able to plan the wedding in about 3 weeks. It was a vampire themed wedding.

Today I went to get a live blood analysis by and it was wild.
I’ve know about this test since 2013 and I was to scared to see what was inside of me and today I muscled up the courage because I’m sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.
I am not happy with where my health is but nothing is permanent. Everything is always changing and our bodies are designed to detoxify and sometimes our body needs the extra support because we live in a very toxic world.
I will be starting my protocol soon and I will check where my blood is in a month from now and I hope share the before and after with you all.
I am strong believer in healing the mind body and soul. Everything is connected and I’m grateful for my spiritual practice it has lead me to this.

Yesterday the weather was just right. It wasn’t too hot and it wasn’t too cold. Truly was a goldie lock temperature.
The sun was coming through the windows and all was calm. Seraphina was in her crib and I was at peace with the moment, truly savouring it. A calm before the storm.
And then I got a phone call. It’s funny how you think life is exactly the way you want it to be and then there it is that one thing that slips in to try to throw you off your game.
Well, guess what, nothing is ever gonna knock me down and if I do fall I will get right back up like I always have.
To be honest the strength was always there but what I have built over the years is the armour to withstand whatever comes my way.
It all started with the Life Activation and Empower Thyself Program. Those two right there began the alchemical transformation within my mind, body, and spirit. I see my life and this world through a completely different lens.
I am grateful for this life and with the tools that I have received, I’m ready for whatever may come next.

I received my Life Activation back in 2013. I was a single mom, lost, on my own looking for a way out of the restaurant industry. 23 years ago my big brother Tommy passed away in a car accident. I was 13 years old when he passed away. That day will forever be embedded in my memory. After his death, I bottled up my emotions & choose not to grieve. It wasn’t until the 14th anniversary of his passing where pandora’s box opened and all the pain that I was holding in came flooding out. I will never forget that night at the participating in a Kabbalah intro class with . She guided us into a deep meditation and that meditation was the one that opened me up (along with the Life Activation I had received prior to). Christina held me in her arms as I cried and let it all out. There was no turning back anymore. I had to face it, I couldn’t hide anymore bc it was the cause of a lot of disfunction in my life. After each healing and program, I took with the school, I was able to peel back the layers of pain and bc of that I can stand her today & talk about him without the pain in my heart and the lump in my throat is gone. I can look back and celebrate his life. I miss him every day but I choose not to carry the pain anymore bc it took more energy to carry the pain than it was to let it go.
