The last pop-up at The Health Hut filled up, and I heard from so many of you who weren’t able to get in.

So… we’re doing it again! 🍂

I’ll be returning to The Health Hut in Tillsonburg for a second pop-up clinic this October, giving those of you who missed the first one another chance to book an in-person appointment with me.

We’re still finalizing the exact date, and I’d love to know who’s interested. If you’ve been hoping for another Tillsonburg date, comment below or send me a message so I can keep you in the loop.

More details coming soon!

WHAT’S COVERED & WHAT’S NOT AT THE HEALTH HUT 👀

Let’s clear this up! 😂

🦷 DENTAL? YES!

At Hometown Dental Hygiene, we direct bill!
Have workplace or private dental benefits, or coverage through the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)? We’ll help you navigate your coverage and submit eligible services directly.

NOW, FOR THE REST
✨ Lymphatic treatments
✨ B-Pulse pelvic floor sessions
✨ BioFlex laser therapy

These are private-pay services. We do not direct bill insurance for these treatments.

And we get it! If you have benefits, you want to use them.
But not everything that’s good for you comes with an insurance billing code.

The Health Hut is built on nursing experience, advanced certifications, specialized equipment and decades of combined clinical knowledge.

Our goal?
To provide care differently, with a focus on you and your individual needs.

Because taking care of yourself is an investment in your well-being. ❤

🚨 WHY WE LOVE IT 🚨

🔥 Deep infrared heat — warms the body from the inside out, creating a deeper heat experience than a traditional sauna.

🔥 Sweat + detox support — encourages sweating and supports the body’s natural elimination processes.

🔥 Circulation — heat increases blood flow, helping your body get things moving.

🔥Metabolic boost — heat exposure gets your cardiovascular system working as your body regulates its temperature.

🔥 Muscle + joint recovery — soothing warmth for tired, stiff, or overworked muscles.

🔥 Red light therapy — red and near-infrared wavelengths support cellular function, skin health and recovery.

🔥 The reset — 25 uninterrupted minutes to warm up, sweat, unplug, and slow down.

OCTOBER MEMBERSHIP

8 Infrared Sauna + Red Light sessions
2 sessions per week for 4 weeks
30-minute appointment slots
Up to 25 minutes in the sauna

Something I don't talk about enough: I'm one of a small handful of people in Canada trained in this specific bioenergetic testing method.

Getting here wasn't quick. It took real education, hands-on training, and a lot of continued learning to be able to offer this the way I do. I bring that up not to brag, but because I want you to feel confident that when you sit down with me, you're working with someone who's genuinely invested in doing this well.

If you've ever wondered what my background actually looks like, or how I ended up specializing in this, ask me anything in the comments.
