Big week ahead. For all of us. The capacity to meet it is the difference.

Three capsules, a coffee, and the kids’ leftovers. Doing more than they should.

Motherhood didn’t take my identity. It kept expanding it.
Every stage has asked for a different version of me; braver, softer, more patient, more tired, more here and there. Most of them I didn’t know I had in me.

This brand exists because of women like you. And for women like you.

Happy Mother’s Day to everyone who also mothers.
You’re growing up, and growing someone else up, all at once. And somehow, you and I are doing it.

Someone asked what I’d want for Mother’s Day. I tried to write a list of beautiful things. What I actually wrote was this..
Some nice things. Some things my husband could do in 40 minutes. A few things I’d buy for a friend. One supplement I built myself. All of them count.

Flow State. The supplement I made because I couldn’t find one that did the job properly. It’s in this list because I take it every day and because if I could give one thing to every tired woman I know, it would be this.

A well-tailored suit. do the best suit sets. There’s something about clothes that actually fit that gives you 10% more of yourself on the days you need it.

I bought it to track what Flow State was doing to my nervous system. Three years on, I’ve stopped tracking obsessively, and that’s the best part.

The LED Mask. It’s one of the few masks with the right wavelength to actually do something. But the real reason I love, it forces me to lie down for ten minutes. Not blow-dry my hair and do the dishes at the same time. Just lie down.

Orchids. Lilac or I love white too. Simple, last for weeks. The kind of flower that doesn’t ask anything of you.

in Santal. Smells like a beautiful hotel. Lathers like one too. I’m standing in my own shower, but for ninety seconds it’s somewhere else.

There’s a reason your last supplement did nothing. It’s legal and it’s everywhere.

I spent years buying supplements that did nothing. I assumed it was me.

Turns out most of them are designed to hit a price point, not a dose that works. “Contains magnesium” on a label can mean 2mg or 90mg. Both are technically true. Only one does anything.
That’s why we built Flow State with Dr Oscar Serrallach at evidence-based doses. Not because the category needed another brand. Because it needed one that worked.

Most supplements aren’t built to work. They’re built to sound like they work. Underdosed. Overmarketed. Designed to hit a price point, not a result.

We made Flow State the way we wished it existed, one daily dose, formulated with Dr Oscar Serrallach, at the doses the research actually supports.

Happy Friday, what a week it’s been!
Nice to have something that helps you through it.

Sometimes when you see glowing reviews, it’s fair to wonder… is this actually real?

We get that.

A little tip: look for “verified buyer”, not just “verified review”. The latter often just means someone has confirmed their email (not that they’ve actually purchased).

Here’s what our verified buyers have to say:

“Since taking Flow State, I have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels, mood and nervous systems. Highly recommend!” Lauren S.

“Thinking Clearly
After 1 jar I feel calmer and more in control, and thinking clearly.” Sarah S.

“Third Week of more resources
I’m still only in my third week but since week two I could with no doubt feel a change:
More energy, better sleep, mood and focus.
Do try it - you’ll feel the difference” Fernanda S.

A question we hear often: what exactly is Flow State and what does it do?

We’ve answered a few of the most common questions. From ingredients to how it supports energy, mood and mental clarity. But we’re curious, what’s something you’ve been wondering about when it comes to feeling mentally clear?

International Women’s Day always makes me pause and reflect.

For a long time, I thought the way I felt was simply part of being a woman, tired, foggy, stretched between work, family and the invisible list constantly running in the background of life.

Over time I realised that women across so many different life stages share similar experiences. That feeling of not quite being themselves, but often being told to simply push through. Today felt like the right moment to share this reflection and the story behind why I started The Tenth.

I’ve written a longer piece on the blog, and I’m incredibly grateful to the women in this community who continue to share their stories with us.

With love,
Frida xx

When you say, “I feel like me again,” we pay attention. Because that’s never just a throwaway comment.

It’s mornings that feel clearer. Energy that doesn’t vanish by mid-afternoon. A mood that feels more like you.

Hearing that is why we do what we do.
