Keeping aside stories and experiences we may have heard about her working experience as a medical laboratory scientist, we can all personally attest to her experience and impact!

Mme Chioma VIVIAN C. a Medical Microbiologist & Parasitologist clocks 6 Years in her Career as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.

We have successfully come to the end of receiving applications from prospect applicants to serve as Volunteers at Optimum Health Global .

We are thankful to all that showed up. For those who didn't succeed to get approved, please keep InTouch with us to be alert on the next release.

Meanwhile, over 50+ sent in their applications from different regions of Cameroon. Over 30 were approved from diverse professional backgrounds to undergo a compulsory 4 weeks Intense training covering different subjects to prepare volunteers for the work ahead in promoting access to healthcare in hard-to-reach communities.

THE LABORATORY SCIENTIST PLAY A CRITICAL ROLE IN PRIMARY HEALTHCARE ACCESSIBILITY!

REIMAGINING TEAMWORK IN PRIMARY HEALTHCARE DELIVERY

Have you thought of how primary healthcare delivery could be achieved if we had strong teams working together in one mind, one spirit and one vision?

PHC can never be attained if actors work in silos. Team work builds stamina, a strong sense of purpose, determination, defined direction and division of labour.

During our outreaches in hard-to-reach communities, we place much value on teamwork. Trainings are held prior to the 2 or 3 days outreach, highlighting the importance of working together as a team, evenly distributing work amongst the team members and effectively carrying out your own task.

As we continue our journey in delivering equitable, sustainable and impactful healthcare, we should prioritise and . This facilitates the delivery and strengthens the mission.
