Bamboo grows quickly. What we build with it should be made to last.

A material begins in the ground. Then it becomes part of the places where we gather, move, and feel at home.

At dasso, bamboo is more than a starting point. It is a reason to ask how we can build a Greener life.

This World Bamboo Day, we celebrate the plant—and the possibilities we choose to make from it.

This home doesn't stand apart from nature. It becomes part of it. 🌿

Private house in Surabaya, Indonesia. Designed by PT. Havanna Teguh Sadana.

348 m² of continuous space. dassoCTECH from floor to ceiling to garden. No boundaries. No breaks. Just one material language that flows everywhere.

Indoors and outdoors aren't two different worlds here. They're one conversation.

Walls blend with the surroundings. Floors invite you deeper. Ceilings open to sky. Everything warm. Everything alive. Everything connected.

This is what happens when architecture stops fighting nature and starts dancing with it.

Work doesn't have to feel like a cage. 🌞

High above Madrid's streets, 1,600 m² of dassoCTECH decking transforms a rooftop into something rare: a place where work happens, but life happens too.

Sunlight. Fresh air. Space to breathe. Studies show it: outdoor work environments increase productivity, reduce stress, and transform how people feel about their jobs. But only if the material beneath their feet is reliable enough to step on for years without worry.

dassoCTECH doesn't just survive Madrid's climate—intense sun, temperature swings, weather exposure. It thrives. Slip-resistant. UV-stable. Built for the pace of a working city that never stops.

This is what happens when you stop choosing between performance and wellbeing.

A dream of aqua. Tested by reality. 🌊

Haitang Bay, off the coast of Southern China. Ian Schrager's vision for The Sanya edition: a resort where water isn't just a feature. It's the entire language of the design. Swimming pools that flow. Coastal exposure at every angle.

Turning that vision into reality required a material with no room for compromise.

29,800 sq.ft of dassoCTECH decking wraps the poolside. Not for aesthetics alone — though the warmth and elegance are undeniable. But because this material was designed to perform where coastal conditions push materials to their limits.

Salt air. Humidity that doesn't relent. UV intensity that accelerates degradation in ordinary materials. The decking didn't just pass performance tests. It was built to withstand the kind of corrosion and mildew that ends careers of lesser materials.

More importantly, 10 years after installation, the dassoCTECH decking continues to perform reliably, maintaining its appearance and structural integrity in this demanding coastal environment.
