It was a busy Friday
Started supervision at Dryden and then flowed into my first Facilitator session..
nervous? Of course!
Nailed it? I ate gurrrllll!!!
Am I enjoying this? Waaaay tooo much!!!

This journey is soooo inspiring and out of this world… it’s to accomplish before my life physical time ends. I’m savoring every nanosecond!

My journey here has been super uber satisfying…Yesterday I had the honor to attend the College convening at Jacob’s Pillow with the Dance club/ Dance department!

What Started with a scenic driven …yeah, Fall be Falling!🍁ventured into…
Obviously lots of dance…
Workshops
Long table
More dance workshops
Inspo for feelings/ emotions in dance & chromatography..
A tour of the facility- Ted Shawn had male dancers from Springfield College.

We danced,
We embraced
We empowered.
We shared
We freed up our souls
We connected
We even cried…

Time! It stops for no one.
So Do YOU, Do THAT ONE thing

The clock is ticking…

You wake up one day and realize, that when you look at the clock (or don’t)… it keeps ticking. As we get older and we keep ticking away as well, we may or may not realize that there is a list of things you still want to do.
Ask yourself: why have I not don’t ’That
one Thing’??? What am I waiting for? Even forgot the excuse or the person to blame it on.
I beg you to Stop! Stop everything and everyone else and STAR with YOU! Start with THAT ONE THING at the top your list.

His name is Jordan. I just stumbled upon the shop and walked in! I was bummed having to leave my barber Junny Elisa behind, life has other plans.

(I took his name -Jordan from Ecuador- but now I can’t find him on IG to tag him! )

Cheers to first of many more,.. next time I’ll do food pics. The octopus was delish, the lobster was yummy and the pork chops were perfectly seasoned.

Allow me to share this full circle moment:

I’m thankful to have met you over 25 years ago.
Sharing special times, moments and memories.. school, work, marriage, kids.. the works. The communication is not daily but the connection is as strong as ever.
Back in town and I get picked up from the airport almost an hour away after midnight with a hot plate of home cooked food accompanied by the eldest of my 3 Godchildren. Feels like coming home .

Fast forward 2 days later, an impromptu slumber party at Auntie Bina’s new crib!

The little things that make a big impact on dealing with being away from Curaçao.

Thankful for my sis Jides and family. Now we’re missing Desi foe@it to be complete!
