🌍 📖 Today in Emotional Management Rubrics, I Would Like to Post My Own Reflection having named it "The Paradox of the Broken Mirror".
How often do we reflect or actually care knowing that somewhere with a distance of only 3 hours by plane from our houses people open their eyes in the morning to the sound of artillery, or the quiet ache of a completely empty stomach?
They don’t look at their phone to check notifications for often useless or mean messages; they look around the room to see if their family survived the night. And when they realize they did, a silent, profound prayer of gratitude leaves their lips. They have nothing no security, no certainty, no comfort yet they find a way to thank the universe for another 24 hours of breath.
‼️This is not a distant, abstract thought for me. This reflection is born from the heavy reality of my own relatives, who are living right now under falling bombs, trapped in constant fear under a cruel Wheel of Fortune.
They face the raw, unvarnished truth of survival every single day. Seeing their reality makes it impossible to stay silent about the sheer absurdity of human conflict. ‼️Any kind of war is the creation of small, mean minds—a horrific regression that simply should not exist in the consciousness, thoughts, or behaviors of educated and psychologically stable individuals.
🤔Why has humanity always suffered from wars and conflicts that brought destruction, death, tears, suffering, and abandonment... yet we never learn?
Yet, while they fight for their next breath, a devastating paradox unfolds in the quiet safety of our modern lives. Many of us wake up in soft beds, surrounded by abundance, only to instantly begin building labyrinths of dark thoughts.
📌We poison our own existence with petty grievances.
📌We waste our finite, precious energy on negativity, judgment, and manufactured drama, letting lies distort our reality and feed our internal chaos.
📌We turn minor inconveniences into tragedies, drowning in a sea of complaints while holding a cup that is already running over.
‼️Those who have every reason to despair often find the strength to cherish a single sunrise.
‼️Those who have every reason to rejoice often choose to blind themselves, slowly suffocating their own peace with anxiety, bitterness, and anger.
🤔Why must we wait for life to break us completely before we learn to appreciate it?
🤔 Why do we require a tragedy to finally see the magic in an ordinary, peaceful day?
Instead of learning the lesson, human beings so often enter the same toxic waters. We turn the same wheel of complaints, repeating the same cycles of ungratefulness, over and over, until the clock runs out. And then… the end.
‼️Life is not a dress rehearsal. It is a fragile, heartbreakingly beautiful gift. 🙏Let us stop poisoning our own well.
🙏Let us cherish it, protect it, and take care of it, instead of throwing it away on the illusions of darkness.
🍀🙏🍀 Maybe if we start to actively spread compassion, respect, and love toward each other, the outer wars will finally stop. Because in the end, everything is about energy. What we feed inside ourselves is what we project onto the world.
Let us shift the frequency and lets just Live.
🍀🌟🍀❤️🧿
