A LITTLE THROWBACK TO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL… ☕

While we may have been quiet on here, beautiful things were happening behind the scenes for the month of September.

Our Sip Tea & Chat was more than a gathering. It was a space for women to connect, share, learn, laugh and pour into themselves while pouring into one another.

From the meaningful conversations and wellness experiences to the connections made and memories created, this was a beautiful reminder of what happens when we create space for women to feel seen, heard and supported.

At Herbal Harmony, we believe wellness goes beyond what’s in your cup. It’s also about the conversations we have, the knowledge we share and the community we build.

THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the National Development Foundation of Dominica (NDFD), Republic Bank, Jolly’s Pharmacy, and Premium Class Property Management for supporting Sip Tea & Chat and helping make this experience possible. Your support means so much to us!

THANK YOU TO OUR COLLABORATING PARTNERS

A special thank-you to Adams House of Health, My Kitchen, Maxob Enterprises, and Flower of Life Holistic Therapies for collaborating with us and contributing to the experience. We appreciate you being part of this journey!

To everyone who attended, supported, shared in the conversations and helped make the gathering memorable — THANK YOU!

And trust us… there’s still so much more to share!

Now tell us… would YOU attend the next Sip Tea & Chat?

Drop a “COUNT ME IN!” in the comments! 👇🏽

While we were quiet… A LOT was happening.

We stepped away from the noise, but definitely not from the work.

From Sip & Tea Chat to school visits, PMOS conversations, community moments, incredible supporters, WEL… and of course, Herbal Harmony.

And trust us… this is only the beginning.

👉🏽 SWIPE through the carousel and catch up with us.

Then tell us: which part do you want to hear more about? 👀👇🏽

It’s Tuesday again… 😩😂

Your Tuesday reminder:

Drink your Herbal Harmony Tea.
Ignore the negativity.
Protect your peace.
And keep being AWESOME.

Because… Friday will be here in 3 days! 😂🙌🏽

Take the week one sip at a time. 💚

Now go brew your Herbal Harmony, tag your tea buddy, and sip your way through the week!

👀 So… where has Herbal Harmony been?

Sometimes, you have to step away from the noise to get back in alignment.

September was BIG — PMOS awareness, community events, school visits, conversations, pouring into others… and then came an opportunity to pour back into Herbal Harmony.

Our CEO was selected as 1 of 25 entrepreneurs from a pool of 65+ for the WEL Entrepreneurs Retreat — and she chose to be fully present for the experience.

And what an experience it was.

Mentorship.
Deep conversations.
New connections.
Hikes.
Hot water baths.
Moments of reflection.
And plenty of opportunities to learn, listen and grow.

It was a reminder that sometimes stepping away is part of moving forward.

So here’s a little glimpse of the moments that helped her reset, recharge and return with a renewed vision for Herbal Harmony.

And now… we are BACK.

There are still a few September moments we never got to share… and October has MORE in store.

Including something NEW we’ve been working on.

Stay close. You don’t want to miss this one.
