في مشاكل العمود الفقري والأعصاب توقيت التدخل ممكن يختلف من حالة للتانية حسب الأعراض ودرجة تأثير المشكلة على الوظيفة ونتائج التقييم و مدى استجابة المريض للعلاج

متشخّص بالتهابات في أوتار الكتف؟ وبتعمل تمارين للعضلات الدوّارة ولوح الكتف؟

لكن أثناء مرحلة التأهيل بدأت تشتكي من:
🔹 وجع في الكتف
🔹 إحساس بالتقل أو الثِقَل
🔹 حرقان يمتد للذراع

هنا لازم نعيد تقييم مصدر الأعراض.

مش كل مشكلة بتظهر بنفس الشكل وانت ثابت.

في متلازمة مخرج الصدر (TOS) ممكن تزيد الأعراض مع أوضاع أو حركات معينة خصوصا مع رفع الذراع أو الضغط على منطقة مخرج الصدر و بتختلف الأعراض حسب ما إذا كان الضغط يؤثر على الأعصاب أو الأوعية الدموية.

ودا واحد من الأسباب اللي بتخلي تقييم الحالة محتاج نفهم إمتى الأعراض بتظهر وإيه الحركات أو الأوضاع اللي بتثيرها بجانب الفحص والتقييمات المناسبة.
