In celebration of the Patronal Feast of San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish, Monday, 𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 28, 2026, is declared as a 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙊𝙗𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 in the Municipality of Burgos, Isabela, pursuant to Executive Order No. 46, Series of 2026.

Accordingly, 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 in all offices of the Municipal Government of Burgos is hereby 𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙, 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩 for offices and personnel rendering 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔, including 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔, 𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒖𝒆 𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝒔𝒂𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒚, which shall remain operational as may be necessary to ensure the continuous delivery of essential public services.𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒑𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍𝒔 within the Municipality are likewise 𝒔𝒖𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅.

All Catholic faithful, parishioners, devotees, Municipal Government officials and employees, learners, families, and other interested residents are encouraged to attend the Holy Mass and participate in the religious procession and other activities organized for the occasion.

Participation shall be voluntary and undertaken with due respect for the religious freedom and beliefs of all persons.

Pride Month Celebration 2026🌈

In observance of Pride Month, the Local Government Unit of Burgos, through the Rural Health Unit, successfully conducted an HIV Screening and Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Campaign to promote HIV awareness, encourage voluntary HIV testing, and strengthen the community’s understanding of HIV prevention and early detection.

This initiative reflects the commitment of LGU Burgos, in partnership with the Department of Health, to provide accessible, inclusive, and stigma-free health services for all. Through health education and HIV screening, we continue to empower individuals to make informed decisions and support the national goal of ending HIV as a public health threat.

The Rural Health Unit extends its sincere appreciation to all participants, partners, and stakeholders who contributed to the success of this activity. Together, let us continue to uphold equality, dignity, and the right of every Filipino to accessible and quality healthcare.

We are proud to share that our laboratory has successfully achieved a 100%(Excellent) performance in the 2025 National External Quality Assessment Scheme (NEQAS) for TB Microscopy, demonstrating our commitment to quality, accuracy, and excellence in tuberculosis testing. NEQAS is part of the national quality assurance program for TB laboratory services in the Philippines.🏆

This achievement reflects the dedication, hard work, and competence of our laboratory team in ensuring reliable and accurate results for the communities we serve.👏👏
