Life lately, on and off the mat. ☀️

Work has been keeping me busy lately, in the best possible way, and I’m really grateful for it.

But it also makes me appreciate those little moments of slowing down even more. Time in nature, getting my hands dirty in the garden, being creative, spending time with friends and animals, or simply enjoying the ocean.

My little ways of recharging, finding balance and enjoying the simple things in life. 🤍

Thanks to Toño Tono for the underwater photo and for capturing some of these lovely moments✨

Life doesn’t have to be rushed to be beautiful.

The ocean.
Nature.
Barefoot moments.
Space to breathe.

This is where I feel most like myself.

Thank you Izabela Gamanska for capturing these moments so beautifully 🤍

For me, painting and spending time in nature are a form of meditation.

Slowing down enough to notice the colours, the shapes, the light, the sound of the ocean.

Being so close to beauty has a way of quieting the mind and bringing me back to the present moment.

A beautiful afternoon on Tenerife. 🎨🌊

Yoga & Silks Workshop ✨

A beautiful afternoon of movement, connection and play.

We started with yoga to warm up the body, build awareness and prepare for flight. Then we moved into aerial silks, exploring trust, strength and a completely different perspective.

Breathing, moving, flying.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to and for this beautiful collaboration and 📷

A small tribute to the Canary Islands 🤍
To the ocean, volcanoes, forests, slow mornings and all the little moments in between.

Happy Día de Canarias!
