Gallinetas Oceanis. A new fish. So I cooked it the way I always cook new fish.. simple, to allow it to tell me its story. Flavour, texture, freshness. Season, add to the pan with extra virgin olive oil, skin side down. Observe. Add butter, capers, lemon juice and capers. Bathe it. Watch the magic happen.. butter browns, the sauce gets a juicy and sticky consistency. Let it sit for a minute. It was delicious. Firm, but flakey. Thank you to the Mother Ocean for this gift 🐟

🌸What is a temazcal?🌸

A temazcal is a traditional sweat lodge used by various Indigenous communities in North America, similar to a sauna or Turkish bath, but with the purpose of purifying the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

It is a communal space, a legacy from our ancestors.

Its use and benefits have been preserved to this day, and its practice persists thanks to the oral tradition of the various Native American communities where we continue working to maintain these altars.

Barbara Jimenez, born in Chile, has worked since childhood in indigenous communities in South and North America, rescuing the oral tradition of the peoples of Abya Yala.

This book is an invitation.

An invitation to live with greater awareness, to lead with integrity, and to align your life with what you know to be true.

The world does not change through ideology alone. It changes when individuals change - through the daily decision to act with presence, courage, and integrity. Through actively living and embodying the values of New Earth.

These 80 principles are not commandments. They are companions - standards you can return to as you refine how you live, love, lead, and create.

You do not need to perfect them. You do not need to agree with every word. You are simply asked to engage honestly and apply what resonates.

This book is for those who feel that more is possible - in how we live, how we love, how we lead, and how we build.

Read slowly. Pause often. Notice what expands you, and what challenges you. Both are teachers.

The purpose is not performance. It is integration.

Take what strengthens you. Practice what stretches you. Let the rest unfold in its own time.

If you are willing to live even a few of these principles consistently, you will feel the shift - not because the world changed first, but because you did 🌟
