Tania Water Wellness

Spirituality for greater holistic wellness. I am a Certified Wellness Coach who helps people manage their personal energy.
(1)

I am passionate about helping others cope better with daily stress and to have plenty of energy to live a happy, healthy and joyful lives. I have been working as a Tour Director for over 25 years and due to the stressful nature of this work, I spent these years also learing different ways to cope with my personal stress. After being diagnosed with breast cancer I decided to take my health more seriously, and witnessing first hand the effect diet and lifestyle have on our body and emotions, it made me what to share and help others. We are gifted with one life, and sometimes small shifts in our daily habits can transform the life we live.

V I B R A T I O N

🌀Sound travels through water 4x faster than air.

Your body is 99% water by molecular count.

It receives these beautiful frequencies and restructures your internal waters.

This is the power of sound healing.

“If you want to understand the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”

Women - Water - Wisdom

Meet me in the sweet spot between the noise and the knowing🌸

Notice how you FEEL when you take a moment to catch your breath and focus on it.
You are ALIVE!

Breathe with me...

Inhale slowly...

Exhale gently...

Again.

Notice how your breath asks for nothing more than your attention.

It doesn’t rush.

It doesn’t force.

It simply flows.

With each conscious breath, the nervous system begins to soften.

The body remembers that it is safe to let go, even if only for a moment.

And in that moment of stillness, your internal waters begin to settle.

Clarity doesn’t arrive because we chase it.

It arrives because we’ve made space for it.

Today, give yourself permission to pause.

Breathe.

Still waters reflect clarity

In a world that celebrates constant movement, choosing to become still is a profound act of courage. And frankly very challenging.

Stillness is where the nervous system begins to soften.

Where the mind no longer has to compete with endless noise.

Where the body remembers how to breathe.

Where clarity quietly returns.

The word courage comes from the Old French corage, rooted in cœur—meaning heart.

Perhaps courage has never been about pushing harder.

Perhaps courage is having the willingness to come home to your heart.

To pause.

To listen.

To trust the wisdom that can only be heard when the waters become still.

Stillness isn’t the absence of life.
It’s where Life begins to speak.

What if understanding ourselves begins by remembering who we are?

Not machines.

Not problems to fix.

Simply living waters.

And living waters have their own wisdom.

Within you lies all the wisdom you will ever need for joy, love, happiness and flow.

The more we learn about water, the wiser we become.

Knowledge can be easily obtained.

Wisdom on the other hand, is received in the stillness of being.

Turbulence creates murky waters, stillness allows for clarity.

Water holds memories, ancient ancestral wisdom that can be accessed through quieting the mind, reducing external stimuli and just simply being.

Clear waters run deep.

Find some stillness in your day to connect with your innate aquatic intelligence.

Sooooo chuffed to share a special mom-daughter moment.

This year my beautiful daughter Laila not only graduated from UCC with first class honours in Nutritional Science, she also became a certified yoga teacher! CONGRATULATIONS! 🥳

Today was her first yoga class as a teacher and it was amazing… such grace, flow and brilliance. Well done babe!

I was overjoyed to share my love for sound through the alchemical singing bowls during savasana.

Gracias Sofi por dejarnos practicar en tu hermoso estudio de yoga🫶

Aquatic intelligence… the other AI😉

In a world inundated with artificial intelligence, we are missing out on the fascinating intelligence that resides within our bodies.

I had the joy and honour to share may passion about the waters and a yin yoga class with a sound journey.

The more I learn about water the more fascinating life becomes. In these very challenging times we are living it’s essential to find some time to enter and experience stillness.
When the waters are calm, there’s clarity. Our bodies are 75% water by volume, yet 99% by molecular count.
And when we have clarity we experience peace within.

I was invited to offer this class for the Yoga teacher training my daughter Laila is doing. It was so joyful to witness the enthusiasm and transformation of all the students.

Thank you for arranging this… so proud of you!
Also thank you Maribel for the opportunity.
