New Nordic Walking Classes in Moraira

I'm excited to be launching a new Nordic Walking class in Moraira — a fun, social way to walk that also gives you a fantastic full-body workout.

Using specially designed poles, Nordic Walking is an excellent low impact, full body workout that engages 90% of muscles.

Using poles provides stability for bone and joint health, improves balance, builds core strength and the grip and release motion boosts lymphatic circulation and reduces fluid retention.

Regular training has been shown to promote healthy weight loss.

First Class:

📅 Tuesday 7 April
⏰ 9:00am
💶 €10 per person

I have 6 sets of Nordic walking poles available to borrow, so spaces are limited and will be first come, first served.

For the first session I’m expecting a mix of fitness levels, which is perfect. It will help me gauge the group so that future classes can be split into:

• A gentler / beginner group
• A faster fitness group

So whether you're looking for a relaxed, sociable walk or a stronger workout, this is a great place to start.

Still on the theme of the warrior moves - this time it’s Golden Ball Warrior. Inhaling as we rise and drawing the arms to the body, exhaling as we lower and open the arms. A meditative, pulsing flow for calm.
