💜 What do I love most about being a Reiki healer?
It's not just the healing itself. It's something much more personal.

Every person who comes to me has a story. And sometimes, the changes I get to witness are truly wonderful.
I wanted to share a little of what makes this work so special to me. ✨

Could I have done that better?
What would have happened if I hadn't done that?
Guilt is a heavy burden to carry. We can go over and over the past, wondering what we should have said or done differently.
But what is in the past is done. You cannot undo it.
What you do have are choices from right now.
Learn from your mistakes.
Make amends if you need to.
Set your intention to do the right thing next time.
Then stop punishing yourself.
Purposefully let the guilt leave you.
Make peace with yourself and heal. 💜

Sometimes we look for signs, guidance and answers, without realising how much noise we have created around ourselves. Perhaps the signs are there for us. We just need to become quiet enough to notice them. 🪽🤍

I have absolutely no idea when my cat’s birthday is.
But he deserves celebrating. 😊🐾
Make the most of every good moment you can.
Celebrate something at every opportunity! ✨
