I gave a talk last night on the benefits of spices to Lyne of Skene WI . What a lovely group of ladies they are ,eager to learn and came up with lots of questions on various ailments.
Ginger was one that was spoken about .
I was so honoured and touched that they had put on a special plate of gluten free sandwiches and cakes for me . .....my new favourite has to be smoked trout sandwich.

I was delighted to be asked by SWI to give a talk last night on my passions in life - Food and Health. The topic chosen was from the Gut Health class . Discussed were the various stages of the humble banana when it's best for a diabetic and when it's rich in sugars . Natural antibiotics was a topic and how to avoid picking up nasty garlic grown in less favourable soil .( Tip, avoid pure white rootless bulbs from the far off lands . )
The amazing hydrosol silver (pictured )was spoken about for it's many uses from sore throats to cuts infections and pet use , many a cat dog and horse have had bites, infections, and cuts quickly heal with both spray and gel.

Can you tell I'm obsessed with making these 3D dog cards at the moment?

These are not good to photograph to see the depth of the dog, but definitely 3d and stands out from the street scene . Sometimes you just need a special card for someone. Could also be framed in box frame for a festive picture afterwards . £5.50
