Spring has finally arrived!
The Spring Equinox was yesterday and now we can enjoy the start of spring, when day and night are roughly of equal length. The days are brighter and warmer, the daffodils and blossom are in full bloom. Ah, it’s just wonderful and brings a smile to my face after all those dull, grey days of endless rain!
I love this time of year, of new beginnings, with lambs gamboling in fields. However, the beautiful tree blossom often sets off my hayfever. My eyes can be itchy, my throat sore, I just feel tired and generally blah!
That’s why in the salon today I have a beautiful blend in my diffuser of eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint and lemon. It’s a very uplifting blend.
