✨ Getting ready for today’s Sound Bath ✨
Yesterday I was busy making up some little homemade gifts and creating my own handmade envelope bags to put them in, all made with a little time, care and love

It’s not just about the sound bath itself… it’s about creating a whole experience, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave 🥰

Candlelight, calming sounds, beautiful aromas, a little something handmade to take home… and time to simply pause, breathe and be

Sometimes …. Girls just gotta have fun!!

Life gets busy, so don’t forget to make time for the things that make you smile!

Sometimes looking after your mental health means slowing down, taking a breath and giving yourself permission to simply be

Inner peace isn’t about having a life without challenges, it’s about finding moments of calm within them

And self-love isn’t about putting yourself first all the time. It’s about being kind to yourself, listening to what you need and remembering that you matter

Never forget to show yourself the same kindness you so freely give to others ✨

✨Close your eyes for a moment...✨
Imagine a room softly illuminated by candlelight…
The sound of pure tranquillity and gentle vibrations wash over you, allowing you to pause, breathe and simply listen
Nothing to do. Nowhere to be. Just a moment for you

✨This is what I have been creating for the Sacred Sound Candlelit Ceremony, a space for you to let go, leaving you feeling calm, centred and restored ✨

Sunday 27th September 2:00 - 3:30pm
Pamber Heath Memorial Hall

If that sounds like something you need right now, send me a message or book your place

The beautiful delicate sounds of the quartz crystal harp, creating space to pause, breathe and listen

On Sunday, 27th September, I am creating a beautiful afternoon of calm at Pamber Heath Memorial Hall
✨Techniques for Relaxation
✨Guided Meditation
✨Restorative Sound Bath
✨Mindful movement
✨Herbal teas and Treats

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHY I CREATED THIS AFTERNOON...
I love Sound Baths
But I have realised over time that it’s not just the sound that people need
It’s the opportunity to stop
We spend so much of our time doing things for other people, keeping busy, making plans and getting through the endless list of things that need doing
Sometimes we need someone to say:
“It’s okay. You can stop for a while”
That’s what I want this afternoon to feel like
A warm, welcoming space
No pressure
No experience needed
Just time to breathe, relax and reconnect with yourself.
And yes... There will be lots of beautiful sounds and candlelight too, plus a chance to enjoy herbal teas and treats afterwards, and take the opportunity to relax and socialise
Sacred Sound Candlelit Ceremony
Sunday 27th September | 2:00–3:30pm | Memorial Hall, Pamber Heath | £25

Thank you Rebecca for yesterday’s beautiful Sound Bath✨

From the moment I arrived, every little detail made it feel so special, the wonderful aromas of the essential oils, the beautiful coconut oil and essential oil lip balm, and the peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to completely relax and be present

And then there was my very special personal gift of friendship. ❤️ A thoughtful gesture that meant so much and will be treasured

Sometimes it’s the little things, the thought, kindness and genuine connection, that stay with us long after the sound has faded

Feeling very grateful for yesterday, for the experience, and most of all, for friendship 🥰✨

I feel incredibly grateful for the people I have around me. For the memories we’ve made, the moments still to come, and for those who continue to walk alongside me through this journey called life

Thank you for being you, and for being my friends ❤️

Life really is better when it’s shared with good people xx

Some moments are simply meant to be remembered❤️

The little adventures, the laughter, the beautiful places, the unexpected moments and the people we share them with, these are the memories worth keeping

Every new day is another opportunity to make more. To slow down, notice the beauty around us and appreciate just how lucky and grateful we are to be here, living it

Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be precious

Here’s to making memories, embracing each new day and being grateful for all that life brings ✨
