Join me for a calm, cosy Sunday session designed to help you switch off, breathe & reconnect with your baby

We’ll begin with a warm drink in the lounge, easing into the space together… before heading upstairs to the wellness studio

You’ll be guided through simple, effective relaxation techniques you can use throughout pregnancy & into labour, followed by a deeply calming guided relaxation

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer & more connected 🤍

Singing Mamas is coming to Nairn ✨We’re delighted to welcome to the studio in June 🫶🎼 We’ve attended these sessions with Charlie in Forres and can guarantee it’s the most uplifting, heart warming morning of voice and community - we can’t wait! Full details below 👇

Singing Mamas sessions are spaces where all women, no matter their singing skill, can come together in a supportive community. Whether you’ve sung for years or feel a bit hesitant, our relaxed environment welcomes you and your little ones to connect, sing, and find joy in shared melodies.

No auditions, no solos, just a community coming together in song! We’ll sing together for one hour, followed by tea, cake, and a chat for 30 minutes - you’re warmly invited to stay and soak up the good vibes after.

Singing Mamas is a National Non-Profit working across the world - A grassroots movement of women including Mamas, Nurses, Doctors, Midwives, Musicians, Teachers, And Community Workers, All committed to improving wellbeing through singing.

I’m so happy to share that I’ve now completed my course in The Art of Being With Birth. 💓

This experience has been truly special.

The training was incredible, and I’m so grateful to the amazing trainers, Daisy and Fiona, whose wisdom, care and passion for birth made the journey so meaningful 💕

One of the most beautiful parts of the course has been connecting with such wonderful women who were also on the training. Being surrounded by people who share the same respect for birth, support and holding space for families has been so inspiring🩷

I’m leaving this course feeling deeply grateful, empowered, and even more passionate about supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth and beyond🌳

Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey. I’m so excited to carry this learning forward in my work as a doula 🌸
