πŸ’™ β€œDO YOU TREAT MALES?” πŸ’™

Yes, I absolutely do! πŸ™Œ

I treat both men and women.

Men can suffer with bowel issues just as much as women β€” including constipation, bloating, trapped gas and sluggish bowels β€” so why should colonics be just for women?

If you’re a man who’s been thinking about trying a colonic but feel a little unsure or embarrassed, please know there’s nothing to be embarrassed about. It’s a completely private, professional and confidential treatment.

Your gut health matters too! πŸ’™

πŸ“ Inner Cleanse Colonics
πŸ’§ Helping you feel lighter, more comfortable and more confident about your gut health.

If you’ve got questions, just drop me a message β€” I’m always happy to chat. 😊

🌿 β€œBut I go every day…” β€” does that mean everything is moving well?
It’s easy to think that if you’re having a bowel movement every day, your gut must be working perfectly.
But frequency isn’t the whole story. πŸ’©

You can still experience:
✨ Bloating or abdominal discomfort
✨ Straining or incomplete evacuation
✨ Hard, dry stools
✨ Changes in bowel habits
✨ That heavy, sluggish feeling

Your digestive system is a complex part of your body, and supporting healthy bowel habits is about much more than simply β€œgoing every day.”
A colonic can be a relaxing way to support the natural elimination process and give you the opportunity to focus on your gut health.

If you’ve been feeling bloated, sluggish, uncomfortable or just not quite yourself, perhaps it’s time to give your gut a little extra attention.

🌿 Let’s talk about your gut… because it deserves a little more attention! 🌿

We can be so quick to ignore the little signs our body gives us and only take notice when something becomes impossible to ignore.

But your gut is involved in SO much more than digestion. It has a close relationship with your immune system, inflammation, energy, mood and overall wellbeing. πŸ’š

When things aren’t quite right in your gut for a long time, your body can start letting you know in different ways β€” bloating, constipation, digestive discomfort, tiredness and simply not feeling like yourself.

This is why I’m such a big believer in looking after your gut before it gets to the point where your body is shouting for help! πŸ™Œ

Small, consistent changes to your everyday habits can make a big difference.
✨ Listen to your body
✨ Look after your gut
✨ Don’t ignore the signs

Your health is worth investing in β€” and your gut is a brilliant place to start. ❀️

πŸ–οΈ Don't let holiday constipation become your unwanted travel companion! πŸ’©

Isn't it funny how your bowels seem to go on holiday the moment you do? πŸ˜…

Different food, less water, long journeys and a change in routine can leave you feeling bloated, uncomfortable and desperately eyeing up every hotel toilet... just in case!

My top travel hack?
Pop a handful of sacheted pureed prunes in your suitcase. They travel well, they're completely natural and can help keep everything moving while you're away.

Because the only thing you should be holding onto on holiday is your cocktail... not last week's poo! πŸΉπŸ’©πŸ˜‚

Don't forget to drink plenty of water, keep moving and let your gut enjoy the holiday too!
Who's guilty of coming home with a tan... and a week's worth of constipation? 🀣

πŸ’™ Did you know?
Around 95% of your body's serotonin (often called the "feel-good" chemical) is produced in your gut, while only about 5% is produced in the brain.
Although the serotonin made in your gut doesn't cross into the brain, it plays an important role in digestion, and your gut and brain are constantly communicating through what's known as the gut-brain axis.
If you're struggling with bloating, constipation, digestive issues, or simply want to support your overall wellbeing, looking after your gut could be a great place to start.
✨ Healthy gut, healthier you.
Colon hydrotherapy, a balanced diet, good sleep, stress management, and looking after your gut microbiome may all help support a healthier digestive system.

πŸ’› Ever wondered why you might see yellow fluid during a colonic?

It's actually more common than you might think! πŸ‘€

🟑 Yellow fluid can sometimes be made up of:
Bile – a natural yellow-green digestive fluid that helps break down fats.
Mucus – produced by the bowel to protect and lubricate the gut lining.
Digestive residue – leftover material naturally present in the bowel.

πŸ’§ As the colon is gently hydrated during a colonic, these substances may become more visible.

🌿 Mucus plays an important protective role, but if the bowel is irritated or inflamed, your body may produce more of it than usual.

✨ Every person is different, so what you see during a colonic can vary. Yellow fluid is often a normal finding and isn't usually a cause for concern.

Will I lose my good gut bacteria during a colonic?

This is one of the most common questions I'm asked.

The answer is a small amount of bacteria is naturally flushed away with the waste, but your healthy gut bacteria aren't simply washed out.
Most of your beneficial bacteria live attached to the lining of your bowel rather than floating around in the stool. A colonic mainly helps to remove waste, gas and excess water from the bowel, while your microbiome remains largely protected.
Your gut is incredibly clever and naturally replenishes itself. To support this process, I recommend drinking plenty of water, eating a variety of fibre-rich foods and, if suitable for you, including fermented foods or a good-quality probiotic.
The aim of a colonic isn't to "sterilise" the bowelβ€”it's to help support your digestive health and encourage your body to function as it should.

Your body was designed to detox naturally.

Every second of every day, it works tirelessly to eliminate waste and toxins.

Rather than asking if you need a detox, ask yourself:
"Am I giving my body the support it needs to function as efficiently as possible?"

Hydration, nutrition, movement, sleep and a healthy bowel all play an important role in that process.

One of the questions I'm asked most often is... "How many colonics will I need?" πŸ’™
The simple answer is... it really depends on you. Every person is different, and that's why every treatment is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
At my clinic, there's never any pressure to book further appointments. Every session is completely client-led, and there's absolutely no obligation to return.
However, if you're looking to achieve the best possible results, I often suggest starting with 2-3 treatments over a shorter period of time. This allows us to build on each session, helping to support your bowel as it begins to establish healthier habits and improve its natural function.
Once that foundation is in place, many clients choose to have a maintenance treatment 2-4 times a year to help keep their digestive system working as well as possible.
Whether you're experiencing bloating, constipation, sluggish digestion, IBS symptoms, or simply want to give your gut some extra support, every treatment plan is personalised to suit you.
Your journey is unique, and together we'll decide what's right for your body. πŸ’™
