Logistics runs on people. Their wellbeing matters.

Long hours, demanding shifts and constant pressure can take their toll. Yet speaking up about how we’re feeling isn’t always easy.

That’s why we’ve created Journey, the digital wellbeing platform from WHYSUP Logistics.

Working with drivers, warehouse workers and teams at logistics businesses across the UK, we’re creating content around the challenges people in our industry face every day.

Podcasts, webinars, videos, interviews, e-learning and guides. Created specifically for logistics, with the people who know it best.

Journey is designed to support individuals, while giving HR and leadership teams practical resources to help them look after their people.

Take a look at the video for a first look at the platform. 👇

If you’d like to find out more or get involved, we’d love to hear from you.

Built by the industry. For the industry.

WEAR IT WITH PURPOSE.

Sometimes, a conversation starts with something small.

A familiar logo. A question about what it means. A chance to talk.

WHYSUP clothing gives you another way to carry our message into everyday life: look after yourself, look out for each other, and remember you don’t have to face everything alone.

It also helps support our community work. 20% of our profit funds our CIC, WHYSUP In The Community, helping people build connections, access support and rebuild their lives.

Thank you to everyone who wears WHYSUP and helps keep that message moving. 💙

It’s really concerning how many young people are using ketamine. It seems to be becoming a go-to drug for some.

The health consequences aren’t always immediate, but the damage can be devastating, particularly to the bladder. Some people end up taking more ketamine to ease the pain, creating a vicious cycle.

There’s also a dangerous myth that you can’t die from ketamine. You absolutely can, and sadly, we’ve seen this firsthand.

Some young people also believe that because ketamine is a Class B drug, it somehow makes it less dangerous. Please don’t be fooled by that. Its classification doesn’t make it safe.

I really hope every school is having open and honest conversations about ketamine and its risks.

Education and prevention are so important. Young people need the facts so they can understand the consequences and make better-informed choices.

A former GP has issued a stark warning about the long-term damage the drug misuse can cause

A huge congratulations to our very own Mark Murray, who was presented with the Outstanding Achievement Award at the Logistics Leadership Awards 2026! 👏

This award recognises not only Mark's work with WHYSUP over the past nine years, but also his commitment to raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing across the logistics industry.

It was also a special evening for WHYSUP Logistics, as Mark had the opportunity to introduce Journey, our new digital health and wellbeing platform being developed specifically for the logistics industry.

Built with the industry, for the industry, Journey aims to provide practical support, education and resources for HGV drivers, warehouse workers and everyone working across logistics.

We're incredibly excited about what lies ahead and the opportunity to make a real difference to the people who keep our industry moving.

A thoroughly deserved award. We're all incredibly proud of you, Mark! 💙👏

And that’s a wrap! 🙌🏻

It’s been a busy week at Whysup, but we’ve loved every minute of it!

Today, Mark and Krish finished up at BAE Systems in Barrow, bringing another fantastic week of delivery to a close.

That’s over 300 BAE Systems apprentices, graduates and young learners we’ve worked with across Barrow and Rochester this week!

We’ve had some excellent conversations along the way, covering mental health, wellbeing, stress, resilience, habits and addictions.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, got involved and shared their thoughts with us.

We’ve loved our visits to both sites and look forward to working with you again! 💙

🎥 Year 2 of our partnership with the JD Foundation! 🙌🏻

What another fantastic year working alongside the JD Foundation, reaching thousands of young people across Greater Manchester through our lived experience education and prevention programmes.

We’ve loved visiting more schools, meeting more young people and having some brilliant conversations around mental health, wellbeing, habits, addictions and the importance of asking for help.

Year 3 has already kicked off, and we’re excited to be reaching even more students, parents and carers across Greater Manchester over the coming year.

A huge thank you to the JD Foundation for their continued trust, partnership and support in helping us inspire and empower the next generation. 💙

Here’s a little look back at Year 2! 🎥

A busy week so far….

Yesterday Krish Patel and I delivered Lived Experience education sessions to 150 apprentices at BAE Systems Barrow.

Today I traveled in the early hours for an early start at BAE Systems Rochester to work with another 76 young learners and graduates.

I was feeling a little fatigued at the end of the day, but a girl approached me who had attended our session last year. She said being in our session and the conversation at the end made her realise she needed help.

We listened and then pointed her in the right direction. She then put the work in and booked in her therapy sessions through her EAP at work. She said that help was life changing.

Over the years we have seen more and more saying “I’m struggling”. But it’s those who then follow up with action that see the real benefits.

After feeling tired today - this girl charged by batteries and made the long days worthwhile.

We aren’t polished at Whysup but believe we can connect through being authentic and having lived experience at the heart of what we do.

Tomorrow we are in Birmingham for the Logistic’s Leaders Awards, then back to BAE Barrow on Thursday to delivery our final day of training.

A long week, but a rewarding one.

If you’d like WHYSUP to support your business, or you’re a corporate organisation looking to make a positive impact in schools through your social value initiatives, we’d love to hear from you.

Get in touch to explore how we can work together to make a difference.

Meet the Team – Reece Byrne 👋

Reece is now 20 years into his own recovery journey, and his story is a powerful reminder that people can turn their lives around.

Having spent years struggling with addiction and being in and out of prison, Reece has completely transformed his life and is now a qualified addiction therapist, using his lived experience and professional knowledge to support others.

At Whysup, Reece plays a huge role in delivering our prison programme, as well as providing recovery coaching through our Back to Life programme, supporting people as they leave rehab and begin rebuilding their lives.

Reece is someone who always goes above and beyond in his role at Whysup. He’s reliable, hardworking and someone we can always count on to get the job done, whatever the challenge.

His passion, experience and commitment to his work make him a hugely valued member of our team.

We’re incredibly proud to have Reece as part of Whysup.

20 years in recovery and now helping others find their own way forward. 💙
