Today's Re-freshing One Minute Motivation

August Definition... Lighten up

If you are in a tough meeting or heavy conversation today then my challenge to you is to see how many Abba song titles you can slip into your discussion.

(Or choose another musician or group)

A. It lightens your mood
B. It distracts your conscious mind from possible negative attachments you may have with thoughts
C. It's bloody funny

So this is Simon knowing me saying that knowing you, knowing me, is all you need to avoid your Waterloo today and if you need us, just ring ring

Simply remember that the winner takes it all and that it's not all money money money, if you gimme gimme gimme all your honey honey, then you'll be a supertrouper.

Anyway, Mamma Mia, here I go again, so I'll leave it here, when all is said and done ,lets avoid an SOS

Remember, when you need a coach, take a chance on me

Today's ReFresh Robservation

Try these out on people;

"Hands up who hates putting their hands up ?"

"Those of you seated that hate standing, stand up!"

"Would you like the 8 or 4 second hypnosis ?"

(Then before you go ahead , instructions them to stand up or put hands on their head, then count to 4 or 8 and say thank you)..... hypnosis is merely suggesting something and them doing it..... congratulations you're a Hypnotist!
